Reise hat insgesamt geklappt. Fahrer hat während Fahrt viel telefoniert und sich im Verkehr oft rücksichtslos vorgedrängelt. Wohl ein wichtiger Mann, der seine Fahrgäste nicht unbedingt mit zuvorkommender Höflichkeit behandelte. Klimaanlage lief unnötigerweise auf vollen Touren. Es war kalt im Fahrzeug. Es wurden unangekündigt 2 Pausen gemacht, deren Dauer ebenfalls nicht angesagt wurde. Wie man einen Van mit Schaltgetriebe, insbesondere bei Bergfahrten, optimal bewegt, hat der Fahrer offenbar nie gelernt.

The vehicle was comfortable. In Pattaya we had 4 stops and 4 times the driver made a mistake. If it wasn't for that, the trip would be 2 hours shorter.

Le van n est jamais arrivé pour ne chercher devant notre hôtel. J ai appelé 4 fois la hotline qui finalement nous à envoyé 1 heure plus tard 1 voiture personnelle en VIP qui ns à permis de rejoindre bangkok pour 16 h30. L hôtesse à tout fait pour régler le pb mais sans nos appels je ne sais pas si ns ne serions pas encore en train d attendre .a savoir également que sans parler correctement anglais les discussions au tel des le matin occasionnent 1 léger stress surtout qd on a 1 correspondance absolument à prendre

One day before the trip the operator gave the last information like the exact pick up time. Fortunately it was around 7:20 so I had the chance to get some more sleep than expected. The driver was too late (more than 30 minutes), but very helpful and polite. The trip was calm, very relaxing. I enjoyed it and will definetly book Mr next trip here.

Pick up on time. Nice surprise when the van actually sent literally door to door. I was expecting there to be a change after the ferry ride. Not having to unload and load the bags is a plus

I paid extra for priority to reserve a seat in front, as I get car sick. Was not reserved, and we booked 2 days ahead. Luckily the seats in front, was still empty when we got picked up.
Trip was nice, got two breaks.
Driver spoke limited English, but very nice. Extremely fast driving but safe arrival, we arrived 3 hours earlier to Koh Chang than expected.

Pick up was on time and seats were comfortable. Sadly we were on a van going to Bangkok and had to wait in a petrol station just outside Pattaya for 20 minutes for another van to take us to our destination. I can understand their need for a change over but the new vehicle should and could have been waiting for us.

Pick up in time drop off in time! Just make sure that your location is in the right area in BKK as they don’t pickup/drop off near the airport.

The drivers dropped me off a few kms before ( Mercure Hotel)my indicated destination Bang Bao) and told me the road was too strenuous/windy/uphill to take me all the way. This caused me to have to take an additional taxi from there to my hotel at additional cost. A pain and a pity coz up untill then the journey had been great!

Trip from Bangkok to Koh Chang. Everything went well and according to schedule, no problems along the way. Very nice and helpful staff. Good price with ferry. Definitely very good option to travel in Thailand.

There were only 3 of us in the whole mini van. Very comfortable, slept the whole way. Driver drove steadily and not too fast. Arrive at my accomodations as scheduled.

Der Fahrer kam etwas zuspät, was aber wohl eher am Verkehr gelegen haben wird. Wir sind sicher von A nach B gekommen, die Klimaanlage hat gut gekühlt. Es gab einen Stopp zum essen und austreten

Comfortabele minibus, relaxte chauffeur. 2x tussenstop. Minibus was halfvol, dus lekker de ruimte. Waren niet goed geïnformeerd door 12goAsia. Pick up in Bangkok was 07.30 en geen 08.30 uur.

No complaints, driver was very good no risky driving at all. Breaks were good timed as well. Only downside was that the journey is scheduled to arrive back in Bangkok in the afternoon, that's why we got stuck in traffic for 2 hours. Apart from that everything was fine.

Farang girls, do not put your feet on the seats or dangling in the air for all to see and smell, and please do not be loud mouthed. Other than that, the ride was great, on time and driver was helpful in hailing a taxi to continue the journey.

Driver was on time, scheduled arrival time was hit as well. There were 2 breaks, 1 for 20min at a roadhouse and 1 short one at a 7-eleven. Wasn’t able to get some food at the first stop since everything in Thai, could choose another place. Didn’t have to wait for the ferry, though. Overall experience was good

Very punctual, trustworthy driver, enough breaks in between;
Improvements:
English communication very limited, so when we couldn't reach Dewa Koh Chang Resort due to extreme weather / flooded streets we literally left alone without any further information what to do next

The driver was late, we missed the ferry and he drove so fast to catch up. Moreover, he was watching videos while driving, and this was scary for all passengers. Finally, we arrived on time.
