เก่าไม่ตรงตามรูป ไม่ได้ดูใหม่สะอาดเหมือนที่เขียนเครมไว้ ขากลับ ห้องน้ำแย่มาก ส้วมเต็ม กดไม่ลง แถมรถไฟเสียงดังมากๆๆๆๆ ดังกว่ารถไฟไทย ทีแรกก็ทำใจแล้วว่ารถไฟมันดังอยู่แล้ว เพราะเคยใช้บริการรถไฟไทย ไม่คิดว่าจะดังขนาดนี้ หลับไม่ลงทั้งขาไปขากลับ ทำให้เพลียมากๆ ถือว่าพลาดที่เลือกทั้งไปทั้งกลับ ครั้งหน้าถ้าจะไปซาปา จะขอลองรถ Sleeping Bus ดีกว่า แต่พนักงานที่พาไปส่งขึ้นรถดี ทั้งขาไปและกลับ

The service was great from the time we checked in to the time we boarded the train. We booked with Laman for the first time and we were blown away by the private check in area at the hotel, where you can peacefully wait to board in their lounge area. And when it came time to board the train, Laman provided an escort to bring you directly to the correct train and boarding room. We were provided with water, sofa and snacks complimentary of Laman. The room and beds felt clean, however their washroom is a little small, but nothing worth complaining. We have booked our returning trip from Sapa to Hanoi with Laman as well!

The beds were really hard and we had lots of cockroaches in our cabin. Also we couldn't regulate the aircon and I never saw a disgusting train toilet like the one on our train.

The service was great, we got collected at the hotel and brought to our cabin but..
we reserved a cabin in the middle but got one at the end close to the door and toilet this led to a lot of noise. People were always standing here and talking, the door and windows were open so we heard outside noises very well, the door to the toilet was constantly slamming and the door connected to our cabin was also making a lot of noise. Ac was also not working properly. But it was nice that there were complimentary drinks and a banana waiting for us in the cabin. I did not get more sleep than 1 hour and would probably not go again with this night train.

I had a compartment to myself, so that was wonderful. The staff was very polite and helpful. The compartment and toilets were clean and comfortable. The bed was quite hard, which would be a problem for some people. The train was exactly on time.

Overall trip was pretty comfortable, we had enough room to store our bags and loved the complimentary welcome drinks/water and breakfast however toilet paper was not replaced once on a 13 hour journey and when we asked for water we got told we had to pay for it even though our ticket said water would be “free flow” complimentary.

พนักงานที่พาไปรถไฟ เดินเร็วมากหาไม่เจอ ไม่รู้รถไฟ ขบวนไหน ไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม ทางเดินลากกระเป๋าไปไม่สะดวก ขรุขระมาก แต่พนักงานที่โรงแรมต้อนรับดีมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือ ตอบคำถาม ช่วยจองรถให้ ที่นอนดี แต่ห้องน้ำเล็กมาก มีแต่เรื่องพนักงานที่พาไปส่งที่รถไฟ น่าจะใส่ใจลูกค้าทุกคน มากกว่านี้ ถ้าหารถไฟไม่เจอ อาจตกรถไฟ เพราะไม่ทราบว่าขึ้นตรงไหน

Check in smooth efficient, pleasant surprise to have complimentary drinks an snacks provided. Train journey was comfortable and interesting as far as catching a sleeper train in Asia can be. We enjoyed our experience.

Super fast and personal service, good email contact and clear website. Perhaps not entirely the fault of 12Go is booking Laman train, the availability information is not up to date. The service staff of 12Go very quickly will offer alternatives. All in all very satisfied !

Good service. Travelled with my two adult sons and we all slept more than we expected to even though it can be quite noisy. Expect to share with random people if you don't pay for all beds. We had a nice girl from Melbourne share with us which was fine. Toilet is pretty iffy so limit your fluids. ????????

A bit of a shame - the cabin was lovely, staff were really friendly and helpful, and it got us from Hanoi to hue stress free. But the air con didn’t work consistently, fluctuating from so hot you soaked through with sweat to so cold you felt you were in a fridge. Plus occasionally someone’s cigarette smoke came through it - pretty gross. Ultimately, couldn’t sleep due to constant temp changes, if the air con was consistent would have been fantastic

Comfortable ride throughout our trip from Hanoi to Danang. The toilet was clean and decent. There was some light refreshments provided which was nice. The staff was also very friendly. Highly recommended!

It was a good trip. The cabine’s of laman express are clean and neat. There are some fresh beverages and there is even a personal welcome note. The only downside of the trip was the toilet. It is extremely dirty. It was almost impossible to go to the toilet.

This was a great trip and the overnight sleeper train (VIP 2 berth) was worth every penny for my husband and myself. The berths were comfortable, the service was excellent and the ride was fun! In the morning, we had time to talk with our neighbors on the train, an opportunity to see the countryside and everything was handled by helpful and knowledgeable staff. We would definitely travel this way again!

Good trip from Hanoi to Hue. The soft sleepers weren't that soft but got a sleep in. Beer, diet coke and water provided (one of each per person) also tea and coffee and a pastry.

Experience was great! We booked same day in the afternoon, to start to go back to Hanoi at night, and got a confirmation within an hour. We got to the train and had free refreshments and a personalized letter to thank and welcome us (+points for this gesture!). The cabin was clean, restroom too. The ride sometimes was not so quiet but it's normal since we're on a train 😅. For our first sleeper train experience, overall, it was great as we managed to get some sleep, left and got to our destination on time.

My spouse, three sons (10 months and 3 and 6 years old) took the night Laman Express from Hanoi to Sa Pa. Everything was explained and organized in a very good way. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Additionally, the prices are super fair, our cabin was very clean and comfortable, we found some sleep and we arrived safely and in time in Sa Pa.

This is a really good option for travelling from Hanoi to Hue, it was well organised and pretty comfortable for a train bed! There was a good selection of free things in the room and the food cart came round pretty regularly. It was on time and the toilets were clean, give it a go!

One of the better train companies here. While it's a stretch to call this VIP, I did like the services provided. The views were incredible too. The beds were firm but it's expected. The toilet and washroom were nicer than the other train we took. We were given a light breakfast pack and some overnight drinks, which is welcomed. Though, they weren't enough for the 17 hour journey so we got some pot noodles and Bahn Mis before we got on the train and we used them to supplement the food we were given. The boiling water tap was very good and clean too, which helped get the noodles good too.
The train can be loud and rickety so best to have ear plugs.
For the money though, I'd choose a cabin bus instead for a more comfortable journey. The views are just as nice on the buses.

Our cabin had problems with the door. At some point we got locked inside and the stuff couldn't get us out for almost 1 hour. We were scared to death because no one was talking english and we didn't know what was happening and if they would solve the problem. The beds were mid comfortable and there was little to almost no place inside the cabin. I can not imagine 4 people traveling in 1 cabin. Luckly there were only the 2 of us.

They sell more VIP cabins than they have! We were told on the spot that there's a malfunction in one of the cabins and they had to move us to a different car. We and other 3 families ended up in a car of a different standard that the photos promised. We had our private cabin surrounded by locals that smoked cigarettes all the time, acted very loud till 2AM. The cabin looked like arranged quickly to match the VIP standard. I made it to the destination safe and in clean conditions but the overall experience felt overpriced. I would not recommend Laman.

Service is good, sheets are clean, but in the end it is just another old nighttrain waggon, better than Indian, worse than Europe, similar to Russian. So don‘t expect miracles from Laman. The „pre-travel checkin“ is unnecessary, it just makes you stay 45min at the lobby. But you get free water and are guided to the train. :)

Overall great experience! Very clean 4 berth cabin compared to the Vietnam railways cabin we had been in previously. Linen was actually clean and they even provided refreshments free of charge. The mattress is a little firm but nothing worse than we expected and a bit of noise from the train moving but would recommend bringing ear plugs and an eye mask.

We had a very good trip with Laman express. On our beds was a welcome-letter and we got snacks, breakfast and drinks for free. The bathroom on the train was really clean all the time. Trainride was very bumpy, but you got used to that. We would absolutely like to go with Laman Express again.

Sleeper train Hanoi to Sapa, check in at Mango hotel was easy. Very friendly and attentive Laman staff with great English, she made sure everything was taken care of and checked up on us even after boarding the train. Train itself was very clean with water and snacks provided and some nice attention to details. Sleep was fine, even as a tall person. Overall 5/5 stars and would recommend.
