Die Fahrt an sich war sehr angenehm. Wir fuhren von Da Lat nach HCMC. Jedoch zögerte der Busfahrer mit unnötigen Stopps (keine Pausen) die Fahrt hinaus (2h Verspätung). Nach einer gewissen Zeit kamen wir an einem unbekannten Busbahnhof-Platz an, der nicht auf unserer Endstation stand. Auf Nachfrage antworteten sie, wir müssten den „Shuttlebus“ nehmen, der uns zur Endstation fährt.
Der Shuttlebus fuhr 1h später, nach unserer Ankunft mit dem Reisebus ab, da er noch 3 weitere Reisebusse abwartete. Schlussendlich hatten wir kurz vor Mitternacht anstelle 20.00Uhr.

Die Fahrt war ok. Mein Bett war nur das schlimmste. Ganz hinten. Man kann die Lehne nicht flach stellen und es wackelt natürlich am meisten.

I booked it from Hoi An to Dalat, it was meant to arrive at 8am and it arrived at 6am. Left me at a petrol station and the bus made one stop (10 hour drive) at 2 am after 6 hours.

The pickup was fast, easy and organized. They have a nice cafe to wait until your bus leaves.
The beds were very spacious (could fit two people if you're cuddling), the only problem I had was that I was a little too tall (1.74m) to lay down straight but like 2cm less and you'll be fine. We did some bathroom stops on the way (I think it was 3-4 I kinda slept through them) We arrived at exactly 7 am as we were supposed to and I was checked on by the company if everything's alright. We had two waters, wifi and the curtain. Definitely recommend it.

Relieved to have made it to our destination alive and without accident! Crazy driving down mountain passes. One driver smoked a cigarette in the bus at 5am and opened his window to air it out. Also, two of our four sleeper cabins didn’t have electricity so no light and couldn’t charge our phones.

Well kept bus with reclining seats. We go there earlier than advertised, but at the cost of a dangerous journey with constant overtaking on blind turns on windy mountain roads. It was genuinely quite frightening and made us feel quite nauseous.

We took the Luxury bus from Da Lat to Hoi An which has a private bunk for each, only 1 bunk (2 above eachother) one each side.
Very comfortable although the first 3 hours were very bumby and twisty which gave some discomfort but thats nothing the bus(driver) can be blamed for.
Busowner contacted to check in if everything was fine and if we had any complaints.
We stopped 3 times +1 extra due to one of my kids needed to go to toilet (non onboard!) due to the bumby ride.
We got dropped of right in front of our hotel which is not standard but offered as extra service (we took over half of the bus with the 8 of us).
Can highly recommended.

Drivers communicated early with us regarding weather and early departure. Even waited as we were late due to traffic conditions. Bus bunks are huge and way more comfortable than other buses we’ve been on. Makes the long journey so much easier!

I initially booked it for the day before, but I contacted 12Go and they were able to change the date without any penalties as I did so in advance.
Later, I contacted the transport company to ask if there was a pickup point closer to my hotel, and they agreed to pick me up from there. This was so kind of them!
The bus was comfortable and the driving was good — I was very satisfied.

If you’re a taller individual, it is a bit cramped. The drive is very windy so you will be constantly sliding around everywhere, and if you are prone to motion sickness be advised ~ the lady next to me was throwing up the whole time. Also, don’t put in your real number on the sheet they come around with ~ the guy just uses it to promote his tailor business.

Overall, I had a great experience with this sleeper bus. The bed was very comfortable, and the driver was sensible. The only downside was that there were no snacks or entertainment screens, even though they were advertised when I booked. Despite that, I would happily travel with this company again and would recommend them.

The part that sucked is the waiting at a gas/petrol station with minimal facilities and no clear sign this was the way station for a bus stop. I guess VIP is misleading since perhaps the bus was the only VIP from the whole experience

The toilet on the bus wasn't working. The bus arrived late at the departure station. For the last hour of the trip, we were transferred to another sleeper bus, which had more passengers than seats.

The check in and getting on the bus was fine however the driver drove like crash bandicoot. He drove so fast and hard over bumps that we were flung around nearly falling off the beds. Luckily there were seatbelts to keep us secure that we had on extra tight but we didn’t sleep at all due to being flung around for 10 hours. He arrived two hours early but I would have rather a smoother journey and arrived on time.

I was confused about where pickup was supposed to be due to roadworks so I tried to contact them multiple times and all attempts failed. They later contacted me half an hour after the bus was supposed to get to the pickup to see they had arrived and where I was. At this point in time due to no contact and the bus already 30 minutes late I gave up and booked another bus as I needed to move to the next place. They also offer no refunds for any type of cancellation was your ticket is confirmed

No English spoken at all. Codriver was so rude. It was pitched as VIP but many were disappointed also as the bus had three rows of sleepers. No idea there was no toilet and when we did stop twice no toilet paper. Not to mention he swerved and we almost went off a cliff.

The vehicle was great. Very comfortable seats and ideal way to get around the country. The issue was the driver. He was tremendously impatient and constantly passed people often unsafely. One time while we were going up a steep mountain he started passing a large vehicle through a blind corner, but there were several semi trucks (loris) coming down the mountain forcing the driver to bail hastily. A note to the driver if he sees this. Just because you’re used to doing something a certain way, it doesn’t mean it’s the correct way. All of your passengers were very uncomfortable most of the trip, some were saying they were ready to get off. You are providing a service, not racing a Ferrari.

Nice vehicle, well-organised at the check-in desk with announcements for each bus. The staff were all friendly. Left and arrived at the times stated! Although we stopped 20min after leaving for about an hour for them to load random boxes on to the bus. Meant we were only given 20min for a dinner stop at 9:30pm - not really enough time to order a meal and eat (we recommend ordering first, then going to the toilet while you wait..!). But at least we didn’t arrive at 5am like we have on other buses.

Departure point was listed incorrectly on the PDF resulting in a last minute scramble to find the bus in pouring rain. The owner offered a free tour but never actually provided it. Overall not a great experience. At least the customer support agent was nice to deal and apologetic. Bus arrived on time at destination.

Lovely cabins, well equipped. Driver spoke English. Stopped a couple ở times for food and drink. Hasle free. Would recommend as a cheaper travel option.

The bus itself is modern.
But the driver drives like a maniac. You get tossed around in your cabin and he honks all the time.
Dont expect to sleep in this bus.
Be aware that the most dangerous accidents in vietnam are because of bus drivers like this.

Uncomfortable seats (not as comfortable as HK Buslines or Tien Oanh for example), unfriendly driver (shouting every time he needed to say something), and crazy driving.
Bus arrived 1h30 earlier tho.
