- 様々なチケットクラスが利用できるので、自分に最適な料金や快適レベル、移動時間、スケジュールを選択できます。
- 時間を節約するためにオンライン予約をしましょう。多くのルートで、事前予約は必須となっています。長距離の移動、祝日や大型連休およびピークシーズンなどの繁忙期の旅行は特に気を付けましょう。利用ルートが毎日限られた本数しか運航されていない場合、最低でも旅行の数日前には予約しておくことをおすすめします。
- フェリーでの移動は楽しいです。他のアングルから（この場合は水上からですが）旅行場所を眺めてみるのも良いでしょう。ほとんどの目的地は水上からも素敵に見え、素晴らしい写真を撮影する機会が持てるでしょう。
フェリー旅行のデメリット
- 船酔いはフェリー旅行者が抱える一番の懸念です。移動が長くなるほど海上が荒れるので、船酔いする確率が上がります。快適な移動にするために、フェリーに乗船する30分前に船酔い薬を飲み、前述したアドバイスに従いましょう。
- フェリー旅行は天候に左右されます。雨天の場合は出発が遅れたりキャンセルになることもあります。大きな島間では、悪天候によりフェリーの乗り継ぎが数日間中止になることも稀ではありません。フェリーの後にフライトを乗り継ぐ予定がある場合、本島への到着が大幅に遅れる可能性があることを念頭に入れておかなければなりません。

Unser Hostel hab es leider nicht zur Auswahl, also haben wir ein anderes angegeben und sind dort hin gelaufen. Die Fahrt ging gut. Als wir angekommen sind gab es Getränke, Kekse und Müsli. Mit verschiedenen Farben wurde gekennzeichnet wohin man fährt. Die Fahrt war sehr angenehm und sie haben uns sogar zum passenden Hafen gebracht damit unser Hostel auf der Insel nah ist. Wirklich sehr hilfreiches Personal! Immer wieder gerne.

Our first trip to Thailand and we were anxious about our first trip but we shouldn't have been. Their was a lovely girl waiting to meet us and when boat arrived early as we were the only passengers we left early. We were offered a drink on board and on completing our trip they arranged a transfer for us to our hotel.
This was first class service don't hesitate to book.

Everything perfect, except pixk up from hotel was 45 minutes late, but I guess this is signature for Thailand so you just gotta go along with it... But ither than that friendly staff, complimentary coffee and snacks, not to many people on the speedboat. Definitely recommend...

The boat manager was very nice ! The crew offered us drinks on board and the trip was very smooth.
The only negative point is that the team left us not at the original destination point, and we had to drive 40 min by car to another pier and then to take a taxi boat to the original island and then to take again a normal taxi.
It was very funny and with a lot of adventures, but normal people would be in panic if they would arrive in a different island.

Booking online was a breeze and I was able to contact the hotline for the company very easily. We used a speedboat which i loved it was super fun (the trip is a bit bouncy be warned in case you aren't a fan) we were at oa nang in just over an hr including stops. Next time think I'll arrange taxi myself to avoid having to stop off to drop others from the transfer bus.

So easy to book. A bit confusing as to when hotel pickup. I had email for 7:30. They came at 7:30 and said that pick up time. I missed free hotel breakfast. Big this was clearer I'd give 5 star. The pier had nice waiting, toilet and free beverage which was a bonus

Everything was fine. Except that we bought tickets for direct transfer and of course boat had to pick up passengers from other points. This is not nice because when buying tickets we looked mainly on trip duration (shortest of course). And this caused delay of a bit more than 1h. Except that one disadvantage everything went fine and stuff was really kind so overall positive experience.

The captain and the other guy helping him with the boat are smiling amd help you. Free water and coca cola. Nice smal trip!

The trip was with a tour group so it was a little confusing about who to follow but it all worked out well. The boat was nice and pickup service was timely and accurate.
They didn’t have my hotel listed in the pick up hotels though and I had to choose a nearby one instead.

Arrived at the Koh Yao Noi pier, someone tells me the boat won't come today and I need to take a long tail boat to Yao Yai, then a taxi to another pier, where I'll catch the ferry.
Very poor information was given. The pier I was said to go on Yao Yai wasn't even the right one, thankfully the taxi driver knew exactly where to go. Eventually I caught the ferry and arrived on Phi Phi just about 20 minutes later than scheduled.

Great service through 12go. Booked ticket and get immediate confirmation for a local speedboat. Speedboat service was great. Staff waiting to meet you at the pier make themselves visible and are looking out for you. Boat arrived early so we left on time. Great crossing. See Sea Blue helped us arrange a local taxi when we arrived too - top service!

We didn't got any information on time and the taxi driver arrived 1 hour later than expected. We could had used the time to take a proper breakfast for example.

A very positive experience from start to finish. Initially the taxi arrived 30 mins late which was concerning but the staff at the port were super friendly and accommodating and provided lovely refreshments. The boat felt very private and comfortable if a little scary on the waves but everything was very well organised.

Friendly people! Never booked through 12go before, so we were a bit anxious to see if anyone would actually show up to pick us up :) When we arrived 45 minutes before departure time, someone was there to welcome us. As we were the only passengers on the speedboat, we were actually able to depart 30 minutes early. They even handed out snacks and drinks on board :)

Wir haben die Reise von Krabi nach Koh Yao Yai im Vorfeld über 12go Asia gebucht. Der Zahlungsablauf hat ohne Probleme geklappt.
Wir waren ca. 1 Stunde vor Abfahrt am Pier. Leider war kein Mitarbeiter der Company vor Ort. Daher mussten wir andere Mitarbeiter fragen, welche sich jedoch auch sehr unsicher waren. Ca. 10 Minuten vor Beginn der Fahrt fuhr das Schiff am Pier ein. Allerdings neben dem Pier am Strand und somit mussten wir die Koffer über den Strand ins Boot tragen. Die Besatzung hat uns hierbei Hilfestellung angeboten.
Das Boot war komplett leer außer uns und die Besatzung war absolut freundlich. Sie konnten zwar kein Englisch, allerdings haben sie sich mit Händen und Füßen verständigt.
Die Fahrt verlief schnell und wir sind wie geplant angekommen. Insgesamt fühlte man sich auf der Reise super aufgehoben.
