Operator sent detailed information where at the airport the driver is going to wait. He waited exactly where supposed to be and had a large sign with the name. He drove carefully and the car was fine.

The driver was a bit respect less. He complained about the Tipp - in his opinion not enough- but the trip lasted only 15 minutes, he drove very badly and my sons took the luggage out of the car by themselves. We found him rude because he yelled at us after we left.

During the rit there was a continuous peep of the tachograph. That was because he had been driving too long in a row.. but he was not driving unsafe.. but still! Once we had stopped for a while, the peep was gone. I’m 1m92 and in the backseat I couldn’t sit straight without bumping my had to the ceiling!

Driver communicated via WhatsApp with us 1 day before departure. He sent his car ID number so we are easily able to find him at departure time. He arrived a few minutes before pick up time in front of our hotel. Perfect timing!
The car was clean and well temperatured inside.
Driver was very friendly and helped with our heavy luggage. His driving style was as to be expected in Vietnam. Not as we would drive in Europe, but as everyone drives here. We arrived safely at our destination. Our hotel at the destination was not easy to find for him and also us (also Google Maps found no route). But he managed it by asking local people and brought us directly in front of the hotel.

I am sorry to inform you that we did not have a good trip. The driver was on the phone very often. The driver was driving slow and jerky because he was texting or talking on the phone, so it was not very comfortable. We can't recommend the driver. He was not as professional as the driver from our first ride with this company. The first ride with this company was perfect.

Vehicle was in a very good condition n thts the reason for giving this rating n good driving skills. Driver was uncommunicative n the reason could be his lack of knowing English ( my assumption). Though it’s not a must but in my experience all the vehicles we used had WiFi n bottle of water was given. Both of which was missing. Wat really irritated us was he was on the phone throughout the 3.5 hrs of our journey

Absolutely brilliant service!! Stopped whenever we needed for the bathroom etc, had WiFi, could play our own songs, was very polite, was a great experience!! Got us to our hostel in great time, told us a bit about the town on the way in. Was a clean and comfy ride!

If I was rating the driver it would be a lot lower. I’m giving a 3 because it was easy to book online and the driver was on time. Although he could not speak any English we managed to communicate when we needed to. Why I’m rating low is because of the driving. He was constantly over taking even with trucks coming towards us. It was like he just wanted to get us to our destination and did not care about our safety.

At first i thought we hired taxi plane instead of a taxi .
But the (young) driver calmed down after the first 50 km.
After that it was more tranquil.
I’m still stunned that they manage to drive without crashing one or more motorscooters in Saigon.
