I mean, we didn't die or capsize, but for pretty much the 30 mins we all thought we might do and I had a banging headache for the rest of the day afterwards. I do feel they were going too fast given the conditions.

The boat left 30 minutes later as planned.
Additionally we had to wait long time to get a landing stage .
We actually should arrive 9:30 @ the harbour and finally arrived 10:30.
Our driver was waiting for 1 hour.
Additionally we did not arrive at the correct harbour.
It was just the one next to it, however big confusion nad took us a while to get connected with the driver. So 1 hour less time for the east tour on the island.

I tried to check in about 1.5hrs before departure unit they kept me waiting for half an hour without explanation: “please wait, please wait”. It turns out I have been bumped and booked into another operator (Axestone) without any consultation. I had booked Maruti because of its reputation and relatively larger boat size, so being bumped without any explanation was irksome to say the least.

The jetty for this particular provider is a bit closer to village centre, where my hotel was. So it was my go-to. The staff were very polite, and told me where to drop my bag. Then I sat in covered seating, while the crew loaded all the bags, and finally called us on. Smooth and easy.
Only left slightly late (inevitable). There are fans on board.

Encontrar la oficina puede ser un poco lioso, Google Maps no la ubica muy bien, está como dentro de un bar en frente del embarcadero. El barco por dentro estaba bastante viejito pero los asientos eran cómodos y espaciosos. Fueron puntuales, apenas 5-10 minutos de demora. El viaje fue bastante tranquilo, alguna que otra ola pero es normal.

Je n'ai jamais vu autant d'incompétence de ma vie. Les dames qui s'occupent des tickets ne sont absolument pas concernées par leur boulot à priori puisqu'elles ignorent les clients et parlent entre elles, elles sont d'une lenteur...
Le bateau non plus absolument pas à l'heure puisque certains passagers sont attendus jusqu'à 10-15 min après l'heure du départ et cela malgré que le bateau soit plein.
