I booked online under 12Go website fm Pattaya to Suvarnabhumi airport on 28/8 at 9 am. Paid 460 baht and I was given the 4 seater bus. I thought it was a VIP booking under Bell VIP bus. On 24/8 I had a 3 seaterVIP bus when I travel fm airport to Pattaya . I felt cheated as the bus given is similar to people who pay 190 baht.

It costs 190 THB to book the bus at the Bell Office in North Pattaya where the bus departs from.
Paid 460 THB online as I was unaware of the real cost.
Would suggest booking in person at the Office if you are in Pattaya instead of online, which is a rip off!!

Everything was good, but from Suvarnabhumi to Pattaya I paid 300 baht + luggage 50 baht and Pattaya to Suvarnabhumi it was 460 baht + luggage
50 baht. The price included shuttle transfer to/from hotel. But it should cost THE SAME PRICE for the SAME JOURNEY.

First time I put on a seatbelt on a bus. Literal madman.
I was so afraid of dying I almost told my dad all my passwords. No one cares about 15min delays arriving in Pattaya, ending up on worldnews cause I smashed into a concrete bridge with 40 other people dead - people actually do care.

Confusion over boarding location. Site said bus terminal if we didn’t want motel pick up. PDF was airport. We went to bus terminal so missed the bus. However, for an extra 100b we were put on the next bus to the airport then onto Pattaya

At first a bit of miscommunication regarding bringing a printed copy of the voucher. After a few communications back and forth we were assured that the voucher could be shown from my smart phone. After that: Seamless drive and transition to the airport and on to dmk. We will use your services again in the future!

We got there early so asked if could change to earlier bus ,charged 100 Bart each then said bus running late ,ended up on original bus ,but wouldn't give money back ,said original bus running 2 hours late ,plus bus was bumpy and noisey

Superb service, I was allowed to change my ticket to an earlier bus as I was quickly through immigration. The trip was comfortable and got to Hua Hin ahead of schedule.

Very nice connection between Bangkok and Hua Hin (guess it is working the same way to Pattaya).
It takes around 3,5 hours, doesn't cost a lot and you have the possibility to watch some areas you normally wouldn't see.

Bus confortable et rapide bien pratique la liaison avec le vol.
Attention le bus vous dépose loin de la ville. La navette pour Hua Hin payante mais qui vous amène devant votre hôtel.

Vous devriez écrire l’adresse exacte de la station car notre taxi nous a conduit à 3 endroits diffèrent nous sommes arrivés 4 minutes avant le départ. Tout un stress inutile si les coordonnées seraient mentionnées

Bus was very good, comfortable with plenty space, air con and enjoyable looking at scenery. Only point I would make (maybe I didn't research enough) we were staying at Cha am and the company charged us THB250 each for last 20km in a minivan which seemed quite excessive after paying THB350 each from bangkok to hua hin.
