Fantastic experience. Lovely bus, big seats, friendly driver. Just a bit slow because of traffic, but that can't be helped - it was a Friday evening.

The bus arrived very late into Kuala Lumpur (23.00)- I understand that it is a long way from Kuala Perlis, but the journey length should be reflected more honestly in the timings given on the website, and those given when I asked at the bus station. Additionally, the reading lights weren’t working and we were in complete darkness once it got later. The staff were also not very polite or helpful.

The driver was rude and did not give any instructions where to.meet after immihration for both malaysia and singapore. We scoured the whole bus parrking lot for the correct bus. There were 2 platforms and did not even tell us that he will be in platform A.

We were more than an hour late to our destination even though we departed on time and the weren't any traffic jams. The bus was old and uncomfortable and the driver quite unfriendly as well.

The estimated times are terrible. The bus had as good a run as can be little traffic, not too long at the border control, left on time, yet was still 3 hours after the expected time. Just please be realistic. Bus was comfortable and the driver was pleasant.

Everything went smoothly. The bus was comfy and we departed and arrived on time. The only thing is that during check in we had to pay a terminal extra fee but it was already stated in the voucher.

great overall. Our bus from cameron to Amanjah was late but all the staff at station helped us get on our next bus.
The baggage loading should be supervised by a staff as people placed their bags horribly and although there was plenty space in baggage compartment we struggled to put our bags. Seats were comfy. for journeys more than 2 hours there should be small stops for food or toilet. train station is well equiped with adequate clean toilets, shops restaurants massage chairs. ticket counters and all staff os very good efficient and helping. There was wifi on bus that worked great.

The trip and the bus were very comfortable despite the two-hour delay upon arrival. However, it was far too cold on the bus; even when we closed the air conditioning vents, the cool air still came through the ducts. Overall, it was a good journey.

Thoug the bus didn't arrive on time due to the traffic situation, it's okay. All I can say the people who use this service is not to forget to print the voucher out.

It was fine but we arrived almost one hour late (in a 2,5h trip) comparing to the estimated time
There was heavy traffic in some parts of the road but I still do not think the arrival was realistic
The A/C was too low , but it seems it is normal in all vehicles in the country

Although bus was very comfortable with good seats for long journey, there was no communication before or during journey by bus operators. The travellers especially foreigners were left on their own. Worst part is driver left us at woodland station without any information although they had our contact details.

Bus was on time and the seats were comfortable with USB sockets available. Good temperature, maybe a little chilly.
Driver was foul tempered, raising his voice to hurry us while stowing our bags beneath the coach, poking me in the arm to put the seatbelt on otherwise the police would fine us even though the seatbelt was already secured, constantly loudly coughing up phlegm and spitting it out the window which was disgusting, especially every 1-2 minutes for a 3 hour journey. He also became very irate when an older gentleman asked to stop to use the toilet about 30 minutes outside of KL, while he did stop at a nearby restaurant station you could hear him complaining loudly and angrily to his attendant.

I have a french passeport meaning it took me longer than the rest of the passengers to pass through customs. Instead of waiting for me, or joining me, they just left me there without any information. I arrived at the bus stop and it was gone. I had to find my way all alone. The service wasn’t completed.

The seats were very comfortable but it was very cold. Were were freezing the whole night. We asked the busdriver to put out the air conditioner but it didn’t help.
The bus driver didn’t speak English, so we didn’t know all the important information.
We arrived because of very long and much brakes (and a little bit because of the traffic) 4h later.

The bus was late, we were sipposed to leave at 10pm but the bus arrived at TBS at 12 ! ang Gate17 is small n very crowded. The seat No 2 is hard, no more cushion n uncomfortable for a long journey.. The drivers are good . The bus is clean and pleasant.

The bus itself was clean, the driver was fantastic and very attentive. However, please be prepared for the awful traffic of getting to KL from Singapore. A five hour journey took us 10 and a half hours to get there.
