My trip origination location was Phuket . The website did not disclose that I had to go Surathani first so I assumed direct bus ride to Bangkok. The ride to Surathani was awful the bus airconditioning was malfunctioning the driver made several stops to repair shops to remedy . That makes me think the first bus had deferred maintenance issues to make time he drove like a maniac the route was flat was windy these high profile vehicles have high gravity tipping points so it was a uncomfortable ride.

Your information to get the ferry tickets were wrong. Wrong spot on the map. And then when you arrive on the other side, no clue where to go. 20 minutes after arriving hopefully I get a message on WhatsApp telling where to find the shuttle. The shuttle stop us on one stop. And a other shuttle takes us to the bus meeting point. One couple of rude tourist on the bus had no manners. The women maybe thai got caught smoking in the bus toilet. The man maybe American spoke very loudly without minding the other passengers who were sleeping. Next time I will take the train if I can.

The bus was not the one as on the advertised picture. Two lines with 2 seats each as you know it from regular buses. The seats where small and the distance to the seat in front of you where random. I got not lucky and got the seat with the least space because I was picked up at the last pickup point at Khao San Road. It got worse when the person in front of me leaned back with the back rest. I had to put my legs in the gangway as there was no space elsewhere (I am 181 cm). The foot rests of the seats weren’t usable. Seems like they installed to many rows to fit more ppl in.
After 3h the aircon was not able to cool down the temperature and turned into a extreme loud fan basically.
After 5h someone had digesting issues and the toilet cabin was not properly sealed. So everyone had to deal with the smell of this digesting issues the rest of the ride.
The provided snack was a joke! 250 ml orange juice and a little piece kind of sweet cake.
Only good thing was that the bus was only 10 minutes late for pickup and the whole trip time was as advertised.

We paid more expensive tickets to have some snacks on the long trip . We don't have even water nothing, No snacks. So is not a point to buy this kind of thicket from them. Very unhappy 🙁

The seats are assigned randomly, first in, first served. I came late, but I got assigned a couch, so I slept most of the road on the bus. The ferry is so good, the transfer is so smooth. We got offered free breakfast, toast omelette with butter, and coffee and banana. It was good.

La place déterminée était un enfer ! Je mesure 1m61 et l’espace n’était juste pas conforme pour une personne adulte.
Place au niveau et juste derrière le conducteur « inconcevable ».
