The staff member checking tickets before boarding provided terrible service. Even though I had booked online, they were extremely uncooperative when I tried to ask for information. When they couldn't initially find my booking, they didn't even attempt to help; it wasn't until someone else at the transport hub stepped in to verify my details that they finally located my ticket. It was a truly awful experience. However, the driver and the onboard service staff provided excellent service.

Very comfortable seats, couldn't straighten my legs as I am 193 cm tall but had enough space. Air-conditioning a little too much but with a light sweater and the blanket they provide very comfortable. They turned off the music once it got dark out I appreciated. I'd highly encourage a sleep mask to help with the lights coming on at stops which all went smoothly and quickly. Snack and dinner satisfactory and even vegetarian friendly (they had 1 vegan option).

For the same price, we had a far better expérience with bks larger seats! Only! But such a différence for a 14 hours trip!
