Thai Airways

I booked a flight for my wife Sirinat Arbaugh and she was charged $160 us dollars for the same flight that I was charged $60 for.

Nice flight with good food. The seats were comfortable.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, the flight departed on time, and the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the journey. The aircraft was clean and comfortable, and the overall travel experience was seamless. Traveling from Bangkok to Phuket was stress-free, and I truly appreciated the efficiency and hospitality. Thank you for making my trip enjoyable. I would gladly fly with you again and highly recommend your service to other travelers. ✈️😊

Great airline - check in process was simple.

I could not stretch my legs in the vehicle - but i have long legs - except this everything perfect

A really good and comfy budget flight!

All went smooth now issues. Pleased

Nice flight with complementary snack.

Easy

The airport personnel met me apon arrival and gave me directions and escort so that I could make my connecting flight even with the delays caused by the new entry verification role out.

Delhi airport is too crazy. There are so many checkpoints and long queues everywhere. Hopefully, I arrived at the airport four hours before departure.

i didn't know that thai airways is same same as "smile" airlines. not having that information costed me ~25 minutes. everything else went great. thank you

Everything very smooth and service excellent. 12go sent confirmation/tickets almost instantly

The trip was fine and on-time. They gave out snacks for the 1+ hour trip.

Ok service

Amazing trip with thai smile :)

pleasant flight, everything went smooth

Thai Airways was OK, only Krabi airport need to improve some infrastructure need to install information screens

All good a part from the fact that the temperature inside the airplane was way too low. It was so cold it actually ruined my flight.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Flight operated by Thai Smile. On time.

Security and boarding went off without a hitch. Landed on time.

It was good.

Very clean and prompt!

Wonderful services!

Trip was wonderful quick and easy. Staff was delightful and friendly.

The crew was wery nice and polite. We were on time, sow everything was ok

Friendly and efficient service on board, however the complimentary bottled water smelled and tasted foul.

Arrived after check-in closed and still was allowed to board the plane. Only in Thailand. Thank you

Très bon vol, 20mn de retard !!

Expected the basics due to it being an hour flight but complimentary food and drinks were provided, access to a wide range or movies and games, all of which made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable

Een vlucht van ruim een uur waarin er nog tijd was voor een gratis snack water en koffie. Prima vlucht. Boek als je kan voortijdig dan kan je echt heel goedkoop vliegen

Excellent airline, good selection of movies. Arrived on time to Bangkok. Easy check in in Phuket. I would recommend this Airline to everyone

Very smooth flight and handling. The trip was cheap, almost as cheap as the train. Regular Fee.Comfortable plane, enough legroom.

Nice spacious plane. Nice staff

The agent was waiting for us. The van was clean, very comfortable and the driver cautious and kind

Graet airline even for a domestic flight they offered a snack and coffee, tea or juice, you won' t get that service elsewhere

Perfect, I recommend this to anyone. No stress about traveling

Good service, guick organization, nice area.

great.

TG, smooth as silk. Just like always.

Thai Airways, smooth as silk.

All good!!

Thai Airways is better than most, Air Crew was very pleasant. Flight departed and arrived on time. Thank you

all went well

Great!

Thai Airways is an excellent Airline. The fly was perfect. The personal is very friendly. 12go Asia provides excellent service.

It was easy to use 12go.asia. I'll use it one more time if I need! We flight from Bankok to Krabi with THAI LIONI. In our flight were no possibility to buy baggage in advance. We paid in airport for our baggage more than for flight. Flight was delay more then 1 hour. So if I had connecting flight I don't choose these airlines any more. We came back with other company - Thai Airways. I recommended to choose this one company.

We weren't able to get a price for our taxi to Ko Samet until we were in the car on the way. All the travel guides say the taxi should put the meter on but our driver refused and so we had to pay the price he wanted which we felt was very expensive.

Great flight. Comfortable. On time.
