Phu Quoc Express

Prefect experience on time and very friendly staff

A bit manic at loading but overall a fast and fine experience.

Not much space ,for taller or bigger people impossible, bumpy roads makes it hard too sleep

Too much fan from air condition.

The boarding process is madness. No lines to que, people pushing past you on motorbikes to board first. Just pure carnage. People getting sick into bags around you.

All was good. Thank you,

Not a VIP service. But I will 5 star because no issues. We came safely.

Fast and very useful.

All good, but because of conditions on vehicle was very cold, you can write in mail about it, for example, that “it can be cold on vehicle because of conditions, take some warm clothes” it will be useful information

No good sistem transport.. tomach stress

The ferry is old but good it was in the morning not full. Helpfull service. Starts in time.

Time, comfort, everthing was absolut ok!

To much waiting time before boarding

Email stated to change for boarding pass which was not correct as can scan via the pdf boarding pass

On time, quick and smooth. Little struggle with correct seats, otherwIse OK.

Good trip. You can also sit outside of the boat Little bit old and not so clean

Driver very prudent, on time to pick us and very good to drop us at the best place, in an isolated quarter. Thanks tobhim

Trip was okay. Seats comfortable. Some noisy videos on TV.

It was not the bus we have bought tickets for. Way longer trip and it was a sleeper bus even though we paid for a limousine

Unfortunately due to bad weather my trip was cancelled. I received a refund within 24hrs, and rebooked for the next day, good job.

All went smooth bus clean and friendly staff

Experience was good until collecting my luggage at the end. My backpack was wet and dirty. It had soaked through ruining some of my clothes. The bus should take care that the luggage compartment is clean and dry.

Getting in and Out of the boat is chaotic and unorganised. We were not at time. No one spoke english.

Prompt, comfortable and spacious.

Ras

Check your weather before you go. Cancel if there’s moderate or rough weather. Waves will be horrible. YOU WILL GET SEA SICK. Or be around people that will be. Lack of organization when departing off ship.

Smooth and easy transfer

Absolutely no complaints. Fast, safe, cheap, pleasant.

All of the journey was safe and without trouble. Driver was waiting for us all the way.

Very good

Easy to find Ferry terminal. QR code tickets are easy to use. No printed ticket needed. We were running late and I was able to board 4 minutes prior to departure! Thank you for the excellent service.
