Really kind driver even if I was the only person! The drive was really nice

Very good driver!

Good en friendly driver.

Comfortable minibus, friendly drive and every pickup on time

Excellent transfer : good seats and service. We got a (thin) blanket and a bag of snacks. The blanket was appreciated since the AC was sometimes way too low for the night. The bus arrive 30 minutes earlier at the station, and more than 1 hour earlier at the end of the route. For a night travel, that is not ideal.

Very convenient! Good communication, safe driver, bus was on time and we really enjoyed it. The bus was really comfortable 🚐 They can speak English which is great and rare in Thailand haha one thing I would change is more powerful ac.

Great service and arrived half an hour earlier at 9am. Super impressed. The driver also provided us with life jackets ( would need to hire one otherwise) and towels. Super efficient and friendly service 😊

Good driver, fast and carrefull.

The journey was on time and informative, highly recommended.

Prompt and on time. Serviceminded driver.

Total lack of communication from 12Go, minimal communication from the transportation company. Neither of our hotels were listed in the website. No legroom in the van on the front row. That said, the people working for the transportation company were very pleasant & attentive when communicating in person. Arrived in good time with one bathroom break.

Punctual and fast. The AC wasn't working so well.

Journey was straight forward and relatively smooth, unfortunately no water was supplied to drink while travelling, minivan transmission very harsh and noisy. Air Conditioning was not very efficient.

Fast smooth direct transfer with one quick toilet stop.

The driver was early, so was I, so we left earlier than scheduled. The trip was quiet, no cheap talk, the driver was very professional. The scheduled arrival has been on time.

Very friendly and perfeclty organized, right on time ! Excellent trip

Driver arrived 10 min before the time at pick up and 20 min erließ at the drop of. He couldnt speak englisch but at the Pick up a gut from the company was with him to handl everythinf in good english. I can recommend this connection.

drives too fast, little distance to the person in front, overtaking in the wrong line, for us not so easy!

Experience was good. Driver was right on time. Because i traveled alone i got to sit in the front which was comfortable. I made an error with the pick up location, using their whatsapp service they changed the location. Very fast response also. Would recommend their service.

Exceptional Service. I am very happy and satisfied.

Nice ride, good staff

Beautiful park, I loved it. A bit of a climb to level 5 but worth it. Would recommend this park.

The driver was fantastic

When we went to the lobby, taxi driver was already there. We were the only client so iso a mini bus, what we expected, we went with a car and arrived half hour early. Thanks for the great ride!

Excellent transfer. On time. No hassles. Perfect. Very good driver.

Very kind staff, very nice travel and very polite driving’s Recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy and smooth transfer, from hotel to hotel

Pick-up was on time, nice driver, we had a short pitstop halfway for refreshment, dropoff in front of hotel. Great spacious airconditioned minivan.

Not easy for tourists I got charged for my backpack as an extra place. It was standing there, but I never had to before tbh. But the worst was, that because no one was speaking English, and the bus stops sometimes, I missed my station… luckily I checked the map early enough and the bus stopped and ask a taxi driver. I think it‘s nice for locals but not easy for tourists because no one can really help or we don’t really understand…

Our experience was excellent

Very good! Beautiful bus. Very friendly people.

Perfect drive with very safe and friendly driver. I had expected a van full of other travellers, but since it was low-season, I happened to be the only client. Paddle & more could easely have cancelled the reservation, but they didn't. Thanks once again. Perfect service!

Absolutely recommend! Pick up and drop off at the selected hotel. Fast.

Very easy to book. Great driver. On time to the minute

We were provided with life vests, a towel and a water bottle. We arrived early enough to avoid most of the crowds. The driver drove very safely.

Nice, helpful driver. It was a safe journey back and forth. Flexibility of times was huge plus. Worth of money

Even arrived earlier than expected. The driver drove smoothly. Very good service.

Van was super comfortable, skilled driver. No problem on the road. We left super super on time, no wait at all. Perfect service

Perfect. Nice people and good driver. Enough space for luggage and to sit.
