Bus was cancelled. Next Bus came one hour behind schedule and took in Overall much longer than expected

The drive itself was smooth, and driver was great It took over 2 hours to get confirmation, and departure moved from 7:15am to 6:30am in the late evening before (they indeed informed in WhatsApp though)

The bus was a little late for pickup, but they sent me a WhatsApp the night before letting me know. The bus was comfortable and the driver was safe and careful.

The service told us we would get hotel transfer for pickup and drop off. The driver did not drop us off at our hotel and we had to pay an additional 100.000 dong for a taxi across the city.

They did not pick me up in the hotel as described. They informed me last minute that I had to walk (10 mins) to a pick-up point. They sent a grab scooter to collect me there. This would not have worked if I had luggage with me. Other than that the journey was okay.

They were supposed to pick us up at 12pm but arrived 1.5 hrs late without giving us any information despite contacting them several times via whats app. The driver drove very fast and one of our seatbelts was not functioning.

I was picked up from my accommodation, pickup was on time, drive was comfortable, with multiple bathroom stops.
