Giant Ibis
Hua Lamphong.
Giant Ibis
Siem Reap ,Sihanoukville ,Kep ו-Kampot.
Kep ו-Kampot
Sihanoukville
Siem Reap–Sihanoukville ו-Kampot.
Siem Reap–
Giant Ibis
I feel like the van was a bit warm. Other than that, everything was great.

The bus to Siem Reap was very comfortable although the footrest was broken. Unfortunately the bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh was not as comfortable, very basic,. It seems the original bus could not be used because air conditioning had broken. All other aspects of the trip were great, especially the staff. Thank you.

The service is very good, punctual, and reliable. The seats are quite narrow but long enough. There are driver changes and plenty of breaks.
Unfortunately, it was very cold on the bus. They hand out a thin blanket and pillows. Even after turning off all the heaters. I asked the driver to adjust the temperature from the front, but unfortunately, nothing improved. I was wearing long sleeves, a thick hooded jacket, and two pairs of socks, and I was still freezing.
I left something on the bus after getting off, and the service in this regard was unbeatable. I sent an email to the tour operator and was able to pick up my belongings at their office. Great. They responded very quickly and were incredibly helpful! Thank you very much.

Actually I booked the big luxury bus with 15 seats, but bcs of Thailand those busses are history. Please delete them from your booking system. I traveled instead with a normal big bus only with another passanger. Your steward was so informative and thank you for your great service. To safe costs please if only so less travelers go by van, saves a lot. I definitly recommend you.0182799589517E+34;

Giant Ibis is definitely one of the best transportation companies in the region. Everything was well organized, and the schedules were very punctual, which made traveling completely stress-free.
The seats were comfortable, making the journey enjoyable even on longer trips, and the staff was professional and helpful throughout.
On top of that, the ticket prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. If you’re traveling in Cambodia or going to neighboring countries, I highly recommend Giant Ibis. I would definitely choose them again for my future trips.Giant Ibis are the best

Great all round. Comfy seats, careful driver and very friendly staff member who kept us informed throughout the journey. Rest breaks were in clean places and we had no issues. Wish I’d worn a jacket though as the air con was fierce and towards the end it was really cold on there. Arrived a little later but due to poor weather and traffic. All good.

Happy with this journey overall and the staff made it five stars. The buses are not ideal for tall people as though they have great leg room the seat position was uncomfortable as we are both tall and ended up with back ache. Not the bus company, cannot fault them and the driver was careful and very friendly staff on the bus. On time too and the rest stops were great.
