El Rey Fast Cruise

We had a booking for an 11:50 departure, heading straight to Nusa Penida, but we were moved to another boat that left at 12:00 and stopped at Lembongan first, arriving an hour later.

No AC in ferry

The buying and admin process were great. Also the welcome at the Harbour. They changed us to an earlier departure. So far so good. But the boat from AXEstone was a very old one. No air condition! The van didn’t work. The boat was very dirty and very rusty. Not trustful. Better we had used the El Ray. Departure too late.

We booked El rey fast boat. The check in process is smooth and it was easy to reach their office. Boarding and departure was 20 mins late. That’s the norm I think with all boats. The boat itself was fine, and we reached Nusa Penida comfortably. Keep in mind that no matter what 12Go says, NO boat has aircon. It’s not a problem in the morning since you’re fresh and it’s breezy. But coming back all sweaty and tired, before the boat departs it feels icky. The staff is helpful and speaks good English. We departed Nusa Penida at 5pm sharp as mentioned on the ticket. No delays there. Overall satisfied with the journey.

Our luggage were all wet unfortunately

We reached at the Sanur harbour 1 hour before, then we found that our El Ray boat was not scheduled to go, instead they managed another boat company, named axestone. The boat is almost the same, but started 30mins earlier, which created a bit of panic situation for us.

The ship wasn't operated by this company but by another, which doesn't matter to us as long as we get to our destination. What we didn't like was that it left almost an hour early, because we could have missed it.

All it was good!

The boat was a decent size and had life jackets on board for safety. It was a smooth and a comfortable ride. Didn't face any issues as such.

The boat was old and didn’t have ac. The staff never told us what to do when something goes wrong. Fortunately the sea was calm and it went smooth.

Overall Experience was below average. Book it as a last resort if you are not getting ticket with other operators. Seating was too congested. Other operators have 3 seats on one side, El Rey boats had 4. It was very uncomfortable to sit. Plus other operators send a reminder message a day before along with location of their office where we have to report. There was absolutely zero communication El Rey team. Not satisfied with their service.

The whole voucher -> ticket -> boarding pass is really inefficient and broken. As is that you can't buy tickets the day of travel.

Overall great experience!

No Aircon, as advertised. Boat was on time, but an uncomfortable journey. Nobody was happy

+ on time + boat not completely full + functional fans + clean + friendly + dry luggage

Check in etc was all straight forward. Boat set off a little late but not too bad. Waters were a bit choppy but we navigated them ok.

Perfect, juste few minute of late but all it’s ok with the company

The boat departed more than half an hour late, and the trip took much longer than the advertised half hour. In total, nearly we got there nearly an hour late.

Good ride to the Nusa Penida

Very comfortable speed. We didnt get wet as we did with another company

I think a Elektronik wall for the Boarding is helpful

Need to exchange the online ticket in their office for a "printed" ticket. The boat was completely crammed, tiny seats, closed windows, no air. The ride was bumpy even though the sea was quiet Other companies (for example Glory) were much better

Clean, fast, smooth boat. Departed on time and staff on boat and during check-in were friendly and efficient.

Good, left and arrived on time. Good boat felt safe

Old boat no air conditioning

ther were very late even we come 1h00 before for the Check in.

Good, on time, not too busy

Quick and easy access from the port of Nusa Penida. A little bit of waiting and 10 minutes late but nothing very nasty, it is the holidays and the trip is fast and comfortable compared to other company i tried

Time on the boat was 1 hour. They promote 30 min.

No air con as advertised.

Great boat, smooth journey. Please allow yourself some buffer time as the journey takes longer than the 30 minutes they say. The check-in is 60 minutes early than departure, which is a long wait for no reason. Other than that, the experience was great!

Late for 15 min but was okay overall

Very friendly staff. Nice boat and everything was smooth

The whole ride took 40-45 minutes. We sat in the front of the boat in the aisle seats which were the most airy.

The boat left 45 minutes late and the ride was 45 minutes, so we arrived an hour late

Everything was smooth, the boat departured on time, we arrived on time, staff was friendly and helpful. If you feel seasick, you can sit outside on the fresh air. The trip is quite short.

Very good company !!

Didn’t depart on time and it’s too hot inside.

Excellent. Maybe it could have air conditioner to travel more confortable.

Well organized boat-trip. We had a smooth trip from Sanur to beautiful Nusa Penida.

Great really!

Good boat from nusa penida to Bali. Boat very comfortable.

The onboarding was smoother than other fast oats, and they starting loading large luggage items around half an hour before the boat set off meaning we could depart on time. The boat itself felt slightly more cramped then other operators but overall the journey was smooth and the service was great.

Everything was great! The staff was very nice and friendly. The boat took 45 minutes.

It was really good, despite all negative reviews ;)

Very professional and confortable compared to other boats.

A great service from Sanur to Nusa Penida. Left a little bit late but that was because of late customers. Smooth ride, comfortable boat although a bit warm if not by a window due to no AC. The men are so good at handling all the heavy luggage!

One of the best companies with great conditions and a good organisation.

Organised and quick

Good service, kinda big boat but no AC or Fan
