Cat Ba Express

The guide was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the tour to cat ba!

Unexpected delay. But good service.

Very well organized with two drivers who switched off. They picked us up at the starting hotel and dropped is at Our destination hotel. Bus was comfortable with USBc chargers in the seats.

The support during the ride was very good, with a guide escorting all passengers to their final destination. However, we changed bus twice, we were offered a boat or cable-car ride and I ended up in a taxi, all of which was not mentioned in the ticket. I reached the airport 45min later than expected, barely on time to go through security.

A special mention for our guide who was extremely Nice

On time

Organized team, polite staff and very helpful and considerate. Just make sure to always ask the person in charge in every transfer (vehicle), to make sure you'll be taken care of and you won't lose your way.

Transfer from Hanoi to Ninh Binh was excellent. Return transfer was terrible the driver was speedy and driving erratically we were terrified and we relieved to get out of the car

Excellent day, great guide and driver. Lunch was delicious too

The first bus at the Island was a disaster. It was raining pretty bad and it rained into the bus. Additionally, my backpack got soaked and I was scared about my electronics! You nearly drowned my laptop... But after that the speed boat was okay and the bus for the long ride was really nice and comfortable! Staff were really nice though.

Clear instructions, a very friendly guide, and an excellently organized transfer to our accommodations; he even drove us all the way to the second port, where a transfer to another boat was waiting for us. We were very safisfied.

The coordinator Happy was top (kind and smilly :))

5 star experience! The ride was smooth, the bus was clean and on time.

Amazing door to door service

Excellent service and the man on the bus who organised everything did a brilliant job.

Had a really smooth and enjoyable journey thanks to Happy our guide. He is the friendliest person I've ever met on any transport and I highly recommend anyone to book with his service. Super great guy!

The pickup place was very hard to find. More indications would be needed! Very stressful to not find the pickup place. And the phone number did not work.

Pick up was good. Transparent communication and very kind operator.

Transfer was good but delayed by 1 hr. Also unlike other expensive transfers, no snacks or water offered

still waiting for the refund, sometimes when i buy something no sure if it will be OK or not

Very good

We got a discounted upgrade for the cable car, the bus was almost empty and we had a lot of space, we got free water and a stop half way. Also we got no additional charge for the private transfer from the airport as our hotel was additinal 30 min away. We highly recoomend it!

Phung/Tony was a great conductor. He laid out the plan everyone knew what was happening. Despite juggling , four vehicles in total for transit tony made everything go very smoothly. Everything was ontime, bus ride to the ferry was smooth the great work from the driver. Some people were dropped off for the cable cars, which was included in some people's purchase, while others added it to their itinerary. The rest of us got on the speed boat which went well. Bus ride on the other side was also very calmy we had a toilet break and Tony did his best to get everyone to the destinations on time. Also, accommodating those who change their mind from initial itenerary they paid for. I got to the airport in good time and it's been the best transport so this i've had in the month in have spent in Vietnam. Bus,boat, bus (water provided and toilet break),taxi-A great standard was set. Could not have gone better.

Excellent service very efficient and on time. Tony was our guide and communicated excellently throughout. Would highly recommend. (Genuine review, not a requested one)

Really caring, made a pickup on the way possible and arranged everThing with clear info.

We had several vehicles before we actually got to the bus. They changed the time to an earlier hour, which was very inconvenient. The breaks for toilet were very unpredictable and every 4h, which

Everything was amazing! We were guided so well! Everything was clear and I really liked the cable carts. It was very convenient. We had a really good guide with us!

Excellent trip with Levi ! Pick up service included and instructions were clear. Car was clean and a bottle of water was offered during the trip. We also took the cablecar option (which costs a little more) instead of speedboat : magnificent view on mountains and sea, totally worth the money if the weather is good !

Possibility to pick you up if you’re around the Old Quarter. Nice car and english speaking guide during the trip. Little stop during the trip to grab some food (expensive though).

Very efficient service. Mr Happy ***** is great at his job, give him a raise.

Everything was fine. The tour guide was very friendly.

Great service, on time, fast transfer from bus to taxi in Hanoi to the airport. Great communication with staff prior and during transfer. Agent contacted me by email the day before to comfim location, time of pickup and flight detail to assure a smooth transfer.

From booking to completion, we can award 5*.

They are very kind and very helpful

Easy and well organized

With 35 Min Shopping-Stop (and 35 Min delay). Bookee transfer, not shopping. Rest was great.

Bus did not match the photos.

New and comfortable bus, quick transfer by boat to Cat Ba.

Superb. So slick and comfy and quick. Highly recommended.

Very professional staff. Amazing experience.

It was an easy trip. Only thing to critise was maybe that they didnt respond on whatsapp, so we just turned up at the meeting point at the given time and everything went well.

Friendly staff, easy directions on and off the boat, on-time, drop-off near our hotel. A good choice!

So much more comfortable and premium than I thought it would be! Our guide, Son was great as well, he spoke really good English and gave some great tips of places to go on the island and how to avoid being ripped off. Very happy with my experience!

Very comfy and affordable way of getting to Cat Ba Island. Tour guide was great as well!

Best Bus company we took in Vietnam !

Everything was ok.

Charlie was an excellent tour guide to navigate the journey. Seamless and comfortable transition from boat to ferry to boat. Roomy coach.

Bus ride was outstanding, Son was a great, funny and helpful host.

Great organization, nice guide and good drivers. Dei was perfect at giving answers and explaining everything.

Everything went smoothly and on time.
