Bus impeccable, très bon voyage

Everything perfect

Overall it was a good experience. I had made a change to the final destination but due to a misunderstanding from both of us it took a couple of messages to correct. All resolved in the end.

Very good friendly service.

The driver was very nice and also make sure we were confortable and planning quick stop for restroom and lunch

Accident was nearly, friver gas deiving giving gas and gas out every second no stable drive

Perfectly on time, good ride

Good journey. Tod the driver was on time - very helpful. Friendly service will use again during my stay in Thailand. Thank you.

It was all ok!!!!

The driver was very professional. The car was excellent.

Our driver was great: the best we had in Thailand over 30 years!

From booking to execution; perfect!

Driver on time, nice driver, good car, smooth ride

Driver was on time, friendly and the journey was very easy

Driver was late, had to call twice. And then he had to get more fuel (and time to smoke) when we was in a hurry to the flight.

Pop was really politely.

Arrived on time, great vehicle, safe driver.

Driver arrived 10 mins early. He did need reminding we were going to an airport hotel and not the airport but all good.

Driver stops for rest, all perfect

Very good driver. On time perfectly. Amazing car.

What I was not so happy about was having a driver with two mobiles in his hands and somehow being able to drive through busy Bangkok city at 90 km/hour and reading and deleting text messages at the same time. It was actually quite scary, also because the driver spoke zero English.

I couldn’t find the driver for 20 minutes and there was no easy way to contact the company. My previous ride the driver had confirmed in advance on WhatsApp and kept in touch. The ride itself was fine.

The driver was early, very attentive to our comfort and used a translation app to aid communication. Great service!

Friendly punctual chauffeur with a very clean and comfortable electric car. We even got christmas music.

Everything was working fine. Driver was 15min earlier on the departure location and was very friendly.

Very good helpful driver, smooth. Clean car !

It was good apart from the waiting — they messed up the exit at the airport, and no one met us, we had to call

Driver was kind enough to take us to 7-11 for food because we were hungry after our flight

Driver was excellent and friendly. She helped out loads and drove extemely well.

Mr Kawajit drove quite recklessly, speeding over the speed limit a lot. He seemed to feel pressure to go as fast as possible. If this pressure came from the company, this is not good. He tailgated most of the time, which we did not appreciate. He was polite enough but could use some driving lessons.

Nice driver and everything worked out as expected.

Driver came on time, was very friendly and a good driver

Nice van, chauffeur was on time, ride was smoothless

He was on time. Perfectly!

The taxi was to small for all oure luggage

Booked a confort 3pax, had finally a van, it was perfect

Perfectly arranged, very nice driver

Driver was early, professional and made good time driving

Very prompt and good journey to Hua Hin

The driver was really nice. We were a bit late, or he arrived before we got down from our room. But he wasn’t mad about it and still had a smile on his face☺️ he drove good, and loaded and unloaded our suitcases. The car was big, and we were only 2.

Once the operator was located, the experience was perfect. The process could be streamlined to ensure easier pick up.

The driver was at the airport meeting point early. We traveled the almost 210 km very quickly and safely. So everything was fine. The price is also okay

Very professional and experienced driver. He also drove carefully, wich we appreciated a lot, and this is also very important in Thailand. Thanks for good service and good value for the money. Kind regards Johnny and Ausra from Norway

Ride was comfortable and we felt save during the entire trip.

You guys need to make strict regulations regarding using phone while driving. That’s a big problem that needs to be addressed.

The driver was waiting for us at the airport. He knew who we were as the representatives for the company sent a photo of us to the driver. Vehicle was clean and tidy. The driver drove safely to get us to our ferry crossing in good time. We have used 12GoAsia every time we have travelled and there has never been a problem. Great service all round.

Punctual and safe driver. Comfortable ride from Hua Hin to Don Muang airport.

All went fine, enjoyable ride

Great driver, and safe driver, although was very late,

Friendly, fast and save driver. Pickup was in time. Highly recommended.
