A and T Travel

Good driver and in time.

It was a very long wait at the ferry terminal until the car left. The driver arrived on time, which was already 45 minutes after the boat arrived. And then we waited another 45 minutes for another passenger.

It wasnt clear if I was getting the top bunk or the lower bunk. But other than that everything else was great.

Everything was perfect. The driver was kind and smiling. They notified us in advance so we could be prepared. The car picked us up at the hotel on time. We were very happy. Highly recommend.

The pickup communicated clearly the day before and was on time on the day itself. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, not too full and not too cold. The bathroom stop was needed so that was nice, just like we could eat in the car. Only from the moment we were on the pier the communication was a bit bad and the boat trip took longer than they told us.

The car picked us up at the hotel on time. It was comfortable and everything was perfect.

The touroperator was good and helpful. Their van was comfortable and the communication was great. They mailed the train tickets which weren't in the 12go pdf. The train was uncomfortable. We couldn't get any sleep at all.

The driver was a bit late to pick us up from the airport, but communication via whatsapp was quick and complete and overall a good experience.

Very friendly, correct and helpful

The reservation process was easy, the driver has been waiting for us by the ship and was the first to be seen as soon as we arrived. The driver was very nice and helpful, drove fast and arrived exactly on time!

We got whats app information the day before. That was nice. Driver was kind and arrived early. He drive safety in a nice, cool van. Hé brought us to the hotel. We are happy.

Easy communication and a well organized trip. The driver picked us up at the right time, and we arrived at the port on time. The ferry got a bit delayed during the trip, but can’t blame someone for that.

Perfect timing, Quick drive. Nothing more to wish for. Good price.

At first, the communication was very good. Everything went clear after a whatsapp message. The driver was on time, and drove fast and safe. He gave us the opportunity to get something to eat/drink while we had a full stop. I would recommend this ride.

very friendly and good driver.

Very clear communication and very nice person! It was perfect

Very good service. We received detailed information via WhatsApp before the trip. Verz easy.

When I booked my train ticket, it did not allow me an option to choose a sleeper. I ended up booking another train, but use the van to get from Surat Thani to Krabi. This was well worth it.

Picked up on time, driving was safe, had a rest stop half way which was perfect, cheap and on time couldn’t ask for anything better

We are a family with a kid and we were separated plus we didn’t get any lower berth. So o. Top of being spread through the train car we were also at the end of the train which resulted in violent shaking - i could not get any meaningful sleep for 10 hours. Also they left the lights in the train car up for the whole night so i have to say train was pure torture. I fear that my way back will be similar. The van after the train was comfortable, no complaints there, driver very friendly and helpful, so all good.

Comfortable van, kind driver, scheduled stop for snacks and bathroom break.

Enjoyed the ferry, good bunks, comfortable and smooth. The driver was waiting at the other end and was very nice.

Driver on time, good van, good service all perfect!!!

Came on time, comfortable van.

Picked up on time and we arrived early in a nice air conditioned van. Comfortable journey.

Train + Van from Bangkok to Surat to Krabi Overall, I did not have a great experience in the first half, which consists of 85% of the trip. Most of the blame, falls on me because I have thought that they would book me a place in the 2nd class sleeper part of the train - mind you when I checked with the family that travelled with the same agency, they had been out in said carriage so I was rightfully pissed. Which they did not, in fact, they placed me in the 3rd class and I had to sit for 10 hrs straight were it not for the places next to me being empty. I tried to upgrade while on the train but it was considered full. For those who need to charge their phone, there are no sockets or USB entries. So be sure your phone is charged. It was an experience for sure. The second part of trip Surat to Krabi was not bad. The Agency is very communicative and very clear which is a saving grace.

Everything went smoothly! Got picked up from my hostel, comfortable ride with a 7 11 stop and received information about the ferry. Ferry arrived around an hour later than planned, no one’s fault but something to keep in mind :)

Great communication, punctual and safe driving. Stress free experience!

The driver was very nice. The trip felt safe and comfortable

On-time, safe drive, all great!

The journey felt very safe, the driver was slow and provided us with an itinerary of when toilet/food breaks would be which was very helpful.

I can recommend! It was great

The transfer was just perfect!! Good service!!

Great staff and service.

The minivan came excatly on time. Minivan was clean, spaceous. There was bathroom and 7/11 brake on the way. Driver was nice and drove safely. He even got the tickets for us at the pier. Would definetly recommend.

Driver was really nice, smiling all the time. Smooth and safe drive on the road. Ferry was great (it was a calm day at the sea). All good.

The transfer by van then to the train station went very well. The driver was on time and very polite.

I traveled to Koh Samui. On the way, I asked the driver to stop the car so I could use the restroom. The driver stopped the car for me. I thanked him and continued the journey for another 30 minutes. The driver also stopped the car for another 10 minutes and continued the journey to Koh Samui pier. We were very satisfied with the service.

I was very satisfied with this travel. The van arrived on time. The driver was polite and provided excellent service. He took me to get my ticket and informed me of the departure and arrival details of the boat. The van was clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied.
