Alexis SIt is a good service and makes the process fairly smooth. Easier to find the bus here than battling through PITX bus terminal. Just go to the city state tower hotel and check in and they take you to the bus and easy from there. One stop at a very clean place for toilet coffee etc. Some snacks sold on the bus if you want. Only issue was the ferry allocated seats and didnt give us any choice, we were sat inside, and no window where I sat and I got seasick. Would be nice for customers to be able to choose their seat where available, and option to sit up top outside. Also at Batangas port the guy that took us from the bus just walked off and gave us no instruction. It worked out ok, but would be nice if he was a bit more helpful. But I think he worked for the ferry company not Sikat. Overall it was good and would use the service again to get to Puerto galera.
