Comfortable, left on time but didn’t arrive until 5pm, which is 5 hour journey, for something that’s advertised as 3 hours. Conditions were clear and calm so unsure why it takes so long

The administration at the port and the service from the coast guards were friendly and helpful. Everything was on time. The boat trip was quiet, and the seats were comfortable and clean. I can recommend it. Fantastic view from the upper level.

We had read some reviews online that were not very favorable. However, our experience was five star. The ferry staff was very helpful. The ferry was sizeable, comfortable and clean. There was a decent snack bar for snacks and beers. Departure and arrival times were as advertised. Our only negative comment would be the seating area after security. It was crowded and pretty warm. However, we were told after a while that we could move outside and be more comfortable. We did and we were.

Expected arrival at 3:30 p.m., but we ultimately arrived at 4:30 p.m. We were never informed about this delay. We had a connecting trip at 4:00 p.m., which we therefore missed.

Terminal is hot and overcrowded. Ferry itself left almost an hour after scheduled time. Seat assignment was completely ignored with staff telling people to sit anywhere. Wifi didn't work. No onboard entertainment or help from staff just 5+ hours of rough waves. We got there way after the scheduled time. Save yourself the stress and take a flight instead.
