Michaeli CCompared to our other experiences with limousines this one was at the bottom end. The service was late, the seatbelts didn't work, the vehicle was in poor condition and the driver was unnecessarily on the lights, horn and blinker (with no visible traffic ahead, beside or behind!). Do not recommend this company.

Ozge BWe took three buses in total. The first was a shuttle that picked up other passengers from the Old Quarter, so an hour had already passed by the time we got on the actual bus. The second bus was full, so we had to sit at the front. After 1.5 hours, we had to transfer to a third bus near Ninh Binh. We had to take all our luggage with us every time we changed buses so it was not very convenient. On the last bus, the last row had almost no legroom because of the seats that are supposed to be comfortable in front was reclined too far back.

Connor HThe operator changed my date to the next available bus after I booked it on the wrong day (silly I know), and also organised a shuttle bus drop off to my homestay for the night. She was super helpful and kind

Peter MIt got me A to B and the vehicles were okay, but had to change from Taxi to Bus to Taxi which is very convoluted, especially when this wasn't communicated clearly beforehand.

Yiping LOverall the limo service was smooth, even though the whole procedure was not clear in the voucher. The limo support sent the confirmation soon after booked the service via WhatsApp. The limo support also contacted us about the first pick-up place. We did wait a bit for the first pick-up, as we're told to go to the waiting place 25 min before the departure time. The rest transfer was quite smooth. The limo driver was on time too. He did good job though no smile.

Thomas GThe car was not clean at all, with a smell of sweat unsuffereable... There were even finger nails on the floor... Disgusting.
Otherwise, the driver was cool and the trip was ok.
