En règle générale, il n'est pas possible de choisir une classe de billets lorsqu'on voyage en van. Vous pouvez cependant vérifier auprès de l'opérateur et/ou choisir le type de van que vous souhaitez parmi ceux qui desservent votre itinéraire. Certains vans ne peuvent accueillir que 9 à 10 passagers, d'autres jusqu'à 15 voyageurs. - Les vans peuvent généralement vous conduire à des destinations où ni les bus ni les trains ne circulent, notamment des villes secondaires et des petits villages.
- La plupart du temps, les vans sont le moyen le plus rapide d'atteindre votre destination si vous voyagez sur des distances relativement courtes par voie terrestre, simplement parce qu'ils sont plus petits et plus maniables que les bus.
- Les vans peuvent vous permettre de descendre à un endroit plus pratique pour vous en cours de route, pas nécessairement au terminus, ce qui peut vous faire gagner beaucoup de temps et d'argent dans certains cas.
Inconvénients du Voyage en Van
- Vous pouvez vous sentir plutôt à l’étroit dans certains vans, avec un espace disponible limité pour les bagages. En fait, presque tous les vans offrent un espace limité pour les bagages, donc si vous avez plus d'un sac, valise ou sac à dos, il peut être judicieux d'acheter un billet supplémentaire pour vos bagages - oui, hélas, vous payerez double pour votre voyage...
- Il est important de vérifier si votre van part à un horaire précis, ou s'il part quand il est plein. Dans ce dernier cas, vous risquez d'attendre longtemps, car sur certains itinéraires remplir un van peut prendre un certain temps.
- Il faut savoir que les conducteurs de vans sont connus pour leur conduite rapide. Même les compagnies les plus réputées ne parviennent pas toujours à persuader les conducteurs de respecter les limites de vitesse. Même si le chauffeur de votre van ne vous le demande pas, attachez toujours votre ceinture de sécurité lorsque vous voyagez en van.
- Si vous avez facilement le mal des transports, et que votre voyage comporte des tronçons sinueux, le risque d’être malade est plus élevé en van qu'en bus. Prenez vos médicaments une demi-heure avant le départ pour plus de sécurité.

Le véhicule n’était pas celui prévu (on est passé d’une limousine à un voiture familiale on nous étions sur la banquette du fond ..)
Il y a eu plein d’arrêt pour déposer et récupérer des gens , ce qui n’était pas prévu non plus

Nous devions être récupérés à 8h. Nous avons donc respecté les 30 minutes d’avance et nous sommes présente au lieu de rendez vous a 7h30. Jusque là aucune nouvelles du chauffeur, de la plaque rien. A 8h05 un message. Le véhicule est arrivé à 8h25 et a recuperé deux autres passagers plus loin. Donc le départ a 8h … niet. On devait arriver à 10h à Hué, on est arrivé à 11h … et on a failli ne pas ztre dépose au bon endroit. Le chauffeur a déposé une femme à son point, puis un homme à son hôtel et a décidé de nous faire tous descendre ici (nous et un autre grouoe de touristes) on a montré le voucher au chauffeur qui nous a emmené au bon endroit mais à nouveau a voulu faire descendre le groupe en même temps que nous alors que ce n’était pas leur destination.
Je ne comprend pas quand on sélectionne le point de départ ils savent preciseétnou nous récupérer mais pour les points d’arrivées il faut systématiquement négocier avec le voucher sinon on nous laisse n’importe où.

Le bus était en retard, nous avons fait un détour pour déposer d’autres personnes ce qui nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps. Nous n’avions pas beaucoup de temps sur place pour visiter nous sommes arrivés tard alors que nous avions pris un bus en début d’après midi justement pour avoir le temps de profiter..

Désastreux. Nous avions à la base réservé un minibus à 10h, l'opérateur nous appelle la veille au soir pour nous dire qu'au final le bus partira à 9h, jusqu'ici tout va bien. Le lendemain le chauffeur m'appelle à 8h30 pour me dire qu'il était ici et que tout le monde m'attendait sur un ton très agressif... j'étais déjà sur le chemin donc je suis arrivée à 8h40 (déjà 20min avant l'heure de départ) Pourquoi me presse-t-il alors que le départ se faisait à 9h? Et bien parce que le chauffeur est allé cherché 2 autres personnes directement chez elles et qui faisaient le même trajet que nous mais qui avaient beaucoup de bagages et marchandises. Je me suis retrouvée avec un énorme carton devant mon siege, entre les jambes, impossible de les fermer à part si je mettais mes pieds dessus, ce fût donc un trajet très désagréable. Mais comme si cela ne suffisait pas, le chauffeur est un chauffard, le trajet s'est déroulé sous la douce mélodie des klaxons en continue, de sa conduite brusque et extrêmement dangeureuse (dépassements avec voitures en face, feux grillés, interfile, gros excès de vitesse, et j'en passe...), et le tout SANS CEINTURES, pour les personnes à l'arrière. Bref je ne recommande pas, sauf si vous voulez mourir ...!

Le bus a eu 20min de retard, nous avions rendez-vous devant un centre commercial, donc aucun moyen de nous renseigner auprès d’une guichet. Le numéro de téléphone inscrit sur le bon de réservation ne répondait pas. Nous avons cru qu’il s’agissait d’une arnaque et commencions à rechercher un nouveau trajet quand la navette est arrivée. Le chauffeur ne s’est pas excusé, nous sommes montés dans le mini bus, il n’y avait aucun autre voyageur. Au bout de 2min de trajet, le chauffeur s’est arrêté pour aller manger. Lorsqu’il eut terminé son repas, nous avons fait 10min de bus, et il nous a arrêté sur le bas côté. Le chauffeur nous a alors demandé d’aller dans un autre mini bus. Nous n’étions pas au courant de ce changement et avons été très surpris par le manque de communication.
Une fois reparti avec le second véhicule, le trajet s’est bien passé. Nous avons quand même eu 1h/1h20 de retard.

The driver forced us to go in the very rear of the van. The platform did not allow us to select our seats. Therefore, we thought we could chose our own seats. The driver made another stop and he clearly saved the nice middle seats for the young European travellers. I was not happy because I’m older (52) and it is very uncomfortable for me to go in the back, when younger travellers can go there instead. The driver made another stop (which seemed random) and two local ladies were given the 2 seats next to the driver. For me, any seat would have been better than the seats at the very back. Finally, the driver did not want to drop us off at our hotel, but he agreed to drop off another passenger in front of his hotel.

It was late 2 and a half hours, the delay was notified only 20 minutes before. There were several changes of vehicles and in the last one we were going 5 adults in a conventional car, we hardly entered.

We booked a Trip leaving at 16.30 and we're promised a direct 3 hours Ride from Hué to Hoi An. Instead we recieved a Message four hours before departure that the time was changed to 15.00..... and than it took us 4 hours because we had to Go through crowded Da Nang City during Rushhour because our Driver had to drop other Passangers there. I had to ist in the Back and could Not ist in the seat next to my wife because the Driver wanted to keep the seat free for some Girl He picked Up on the was to Bring to Da Nang

Taking a vehicle to Hue is a good way to see different views of Vietnam. I booked a car scheduled to leave at 11:30 a.m. The driver contacted me earlier on WeChat and told me that he would pick me up at 11:00 a.m. The driver did his job well. Although the space in the car was a bit small and slightly uncomfortable, it was still acceptable.

Driver was late, he picked someone up before the meeting place and then picked up three more people after the initial meeting place. The man with the group of 3 that were picked up last was angry about the seating arrangements and complained for the first 30 minutes he was in the van.
I am sure this was aggravating to the driver, but he seemed to ignore him. However, the driver was then driving at a high rate of speed and swerving. A couple times i was bounced right out of my seat. The driver did not really communicate and i just had to follow along to board the van and at the break stop to make sure that I did not miss getting in the van.
The van was also not very clean. I have taken a variety of transport options, but this has been my worst experience and seems to be the only company option if you want a limo van from Hue to Hoi An.

I arrived at my destination, but ran into two issues:
1. The driver continually tried to get me to pickup at times drastically earlier. I booked a 13:00 pickup, only for the driver to tell me to “be ready at 11:30”?? No, I booked a 13:00! We went round and round until he finally agreed to just meet me when and where HIS shuttle said it would meet.
2. We were delayed by 45 minutes. It’s not the end of the world, but after he showed up 15 minutes late to my pickup time, I was hoping to at least arrive at my destination in a reasonably timely manner. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

I thought we were going to die about 10 times. Tailgating, swerving in and out of lanes, cutting off drivers and just down right dangerous driving. Brother needs to slow the FK down. My wife was car sick from the entire ride and I was really concerned for my safety.

We booked a sprinter van, but our ride was a packed car with myself and 5 other people. If you advertise a sprinter van, and have a large sprinter van pictured as your service, that should be what customers receive. I didn’t pay to sit on the very back row of a grab car for a 3 hour drive. The service was very misleading.
The driver was on time, friendly, and helpful, but the driving was terrifying and reckless. We were panicked the entire ride to the point of not feeling like we’d make it to our destination safely.
Booking, pricing, and communication were all great! I’d use 12Go again, just not this driving service.

We were picked up from our house, which was good. But the pickup was an hour late and kept getting pushed back by 20 minutes. There was also a conflict: I asked for my wife to be seated in the front. This was approved by the organizer, but the driver wouldn't allow it. I had to confront him, which was unpleasant. The car was in decent condition, but not all functions were working properly.

Poor overall experience. Scheduled to leave da nang at 10am and arrive in hue by 12pm, but we didn’t leave da nang until 11:45am due to driver doing some cash in hand pick up and drop off jobs. No communication or clarity as to what was happening. When in hue he refused to take us to the drop off spot highlighted on the ticket, instead taking us to people’s houses for parcel drop offs. lack of safety led to us getting out of the bus soon after as we didn’t trust him and would rather pay for a grab from there. Maybe a one off, but one to watch out for if solo travelling or wanting to avoid doubling your journey time.

The drive was scheduled from 16.30 to 18.30. Driver arrived 30 minutes late. We then drove around stopping and picking up multiple people before actually heading to our destination. This left us arriving 2.5h late. The drive itself was fine and comfortable enough, but so much delay is unacceptable.

In the morning they messaged us saying our bus would arrive at 11 am when we had booked for 10 am to arrive for a tour. We arrived at the location at 10:55 and waited in the sun until the bus finally arrived at 11:55, with them telling us it was 5 minutes away constantly when asked after 11am which then resulted in us loosing the money for the tour we couldn't make because the bus came almost 2 hours after the original time. Absolutely unacceptable, would book through a different company.

I am disappointed with the service we received.
We were instructed to arrive one hour before departure, yet the van left around 20 minutes later than the scheduled departure time. This meant that, had we followed your instructions exactly, we would have been left waiting outside for about an hour and a half for no reason.
On top of that, the vehicle advertised as a “luxury van” was nothing like what was promised. We ended up in the two seats next to the driver with almost no legroom or personal space, which is completely unacceptable considering what we paid for.
Overall, the service did not match the description provided, the schedule was not respected, and the level of comfort was far below what was advertised. This was a very poor experience and I expect an explanation for what happened.

Booked for 10am to arrive at 12. Bus was late. Arrived around 10.35 then had to wait for two other people. Finally set off at 11. There was some back and forth dropping off and picking up friends or colleagues.
Finally made it to my destination well gone 1pm.
I think the rear suspension on the vehicle needs to be repaired or replaced.
I was bounced all over the place. Honestly the ride was very uncomfortable.

Poor organization. Schedule is not respected
I specifically booked the 10:00 AM departure. The night before, I received a message saying the departure was postponed to 10:30 AM. In the end, we didn't actually leave until 11:15 AM!
In Da Nang, we unexpectedly had to change vehicles. On top of that, the driver tried to drop me off at the wrong station, even though I had booked a different drop-off location. After I pointed this out to him and he made a quick phone call, he did drive me the remaining 5 km to my actual destination.
The whole thing is extremely poorly organized. They should offer honest departure times (e.g., every two hours) from the start, instead of scrambling afterward to fit all passengers into a single car and messing up the customers' schedules. Would not recommend!

Not a great service. We booked 10am and return at 6pm. Driver messaged night before saying 9am so we agreed to that. He turned up at 8:20am wanting us to go (group of 7 we weren't all ready).
Returning was better, he arrived a bit before 6pm but then he dropped us 15 minute walk away from out hotel. It was fine for us as we could use Google maps etc, but for a new tourist or older tourist it's not good.

Really good vehicle and overall journey - though the operator moved our booking forward from 4:30pm to 3pm with less than an hours notice which caused stress and a plan change. Would recommend using only if you can be flexible with the departure / arrival times.

The bus came way to early and was dirty, broke and just not ok. The drive was bumpy, but that's because of the street conditions. The driver drove way to fast and really risky.
