En règle générale, il n'est pas possible de choisir une classe de billets lorsqu'on voyage en van. Vous pouvez cependant vérifier auprès de l'opérateur et/ou choisir le type de van qui dessert votre itinéraire. Certains fourgons ne peuvent accueillir que 9 à 10 passagers, d'autres jusqu'à 15 voyageurs. Dans le premier cas, vous aurez plus d'espace pour vos jambes, des sièges plus larges et donc un trajet plus confortable. Avantages du Voyage en Van
- Les vans atteignent souvent des destinations où ni les bus ni les trains ne circulent. Il s'agit notamment des villes secondaires et des petits villages.
- Dans la plupart des cas, les fourgonnettes sont le moyen le plus rapide d'atteindre votre destination si vous voyagez sur des distances relativement courtes par voie terrestre, simplement parce qu'elles sont plus petites et plus maniables que les bus.
- Les vans peuvent vous permettre de descendre à un endroit plus pratique pour vous en cours de route, pas nécessairement au terminus, ce qui peut vous faire gagner beaucoup de temps et d'argent dans certains cas.
Inconvénients du Voyage en Van
- Certains vans peuvent être assez exigus, avec un espace disponible limité pour les bagages. En fait, presque tous les vans offrent un espace limité pour les bagages, et si vous avez plus d'un sac, valise ou sac à dos, il peut être une bonne idée d'acheter un billet supplémentaire pour vos bagages - oui, hélas, vous allez payer double pour votre voyage...
- Cela vaut la peine de vérifier si votre van part à un horaire précis, ou s'il part quand il est plein. Dans ce dernier cas, vous risquez d'attendre longtemps, car sur certains itinéraires le remplissage d'une camionnette peut prendre un certain temps.
- Vous devez savoir que les conducteurs de vans sont connus pour leur conduite rapide. Même les compagnies les plus réputées ne parviennent pas toujours à persuader les conducteurs de respecter les limites de vitesse. Même si le chauffeur de votre van ne vous le demande pas, bouclez toujours votre ceinture de sécurité lorsque vous voyagez en van.
- Si vous êtes sensible au mal des transports, et que votre voyage comporte des tronçons sinueux, le risque d’être malade est plus élevé en van qu'en bus. Prenez vos médicaments une demi-heure avant le départ pour plus de sécurité.

La fille de l'agence m'a gentiment demandé où était mon hôtel pour venir me chercher devant à Da Nang, et le chauffeur m'a déposé devant l'hôtel à Hué.
Siège spacieux et confortable mais qui ne se baisse pas assez à mon goût.
Un peu plus cher que d'autres compagnies mais le service vaut le coup.

Driver was a bit late for pick up and we arrived 30min late. Driver was driving like crazy but I guess most drivers do in Vietnam.
We had 1 bathroom stop which was nice, Car was comfortable and communication on WhatsApp about pick up time was excellent. We got to be dropped off at our hotel which was nice.

Overall I was happy with the service and would have given 4 stars. However, for my pick up back to Da Nang, it was supposed to be at 45 le lol street. The actual pick was over a block away. The only reason I was able to meet the van/driver was that I remembered the drop off spot. So I had to keep walking between both locations. When I contacted support they also did not know the pick up spot was different than advertised. My only suggestion would be to update the pick up/drop off points on the website and ensure the drivers follow them. That way customers will not be confused and possibly miss their transportation.

Great trip. Easy to book and the staff at April were incredibly helpful when 1) i booked the wrong day, and 2) the flight was considerably delayed. (Spoke to April not 12go via WhatsApp).
How it worked: after our flight a gentleman just came around to where we were asked to wait, with my booking info on his phone; my partner and I (and other guests) followed him a short walk away to his minibus, popped luggage in the back, and an hour later we were at our hotel.
Very safe driving and I will book April again!

I am very pleased with this bus company. I used their service twice and both times they contacted on WhatsApp right after booking to suggest picking me up at my hotel (if on the route) or the nearest pick-up point possible. Both times they dropped me off right at my hotel. Driver was friendly and on time. On the booking it said 90min, but both rides only took 45min. (Da Nang to Hoi An) Support on WhatsApp reacts right away if you have questions. Would use their service again, smoothest bus experience in Vietnam so far :)

Great service. We immediately received the booking confirmation via email and whatsapp. They even asked us for the adress of our hotel and a pick-up/drop-off there was possible. They spoke english very well and it was even possible to take an earlier bus last minute. We got picked up in a minivan which unfortunately didn't have seltbelts. We arrived a lot earlier than expected in Hoi An.

Best experience ever. My flight was very late due to bad weather conditions and we ended up landing 3 hours after the bus trip I had booked. They were so nice and helpful and allowed me to use my ticket for the next day as the weather conditions were too bad to drive that same night. Will definitely book with them again for my trip back from Hoi An to Da Nang
