Stephane Bwhen i came to thé airport in lumbini, i had just thé booking number,. thé e-mail send by you said that i will receive an another e-mail with all détails concerning my flight . i never received it, i was very upset because they voulant find my seatnumber, not thé flight i booked for . Finally, after feeling anxious, for a while, they find me. i raté 3 stars not for you but for thé airline. That’ si not serious.

Klaudia NThe bus arrived and started its way 40mins before time. I didnt get any information about it. Boarding place was unclear, i tried to contact to hot line but i didnt get any helpful informations. Consultant told me that i should wait on a side of the road around 6p.m. If i wouldnt Call them i would miss the bus which supposed to be at 7 p.m. Service left much to be desired.
