Alon SThe bus departed almost 2 hours late then its original time. The road that should have taken 3 hours was 4 hours . So instead of leaving at 15:00 and arriving at 18:00 we left at 16:45 and arrived at 21:00.
Moreover the ac was leaking so the seats were wet.

Ampoule CThe bus has very little seats. For fat or tall people, it will be too small. Furthermore, I paid a supplement seat because I had a big suitcase. The person who loaded and unloaded the bus tried to extort money from me because of my suitcase, even though I had paid for an extra seat. It's extremely dishonest to ask for money if you've paid for an extra seat for luggage.
