    Everything they offer on board it’s an scam. They try to sell you trips and transfers which arr really bad to take. I lost one entirr afternoon in that transfer in Phuket

    It was a 2 hour boat ride, and there was no ac it was super hot on the boat and it was very bumpy. No drinks were served or were sold and very old boat dot recommend

    Ferry was clean. Staff helpful. Well stocked shop on board for drinks, snacks and food. Left 15 minutes late which I thought was fine as they allowed a few late stragglers to board rather than making them wait 2 hours for the next boat. Will use again….and again

    Super professional staff! Speed boat was modern and well equipped. Transfers were prepaid, and upon arrival easy to go from ferry to the driver. Seamless trip. Everything was punctual.

    Very helpful info on my e-ticket on how to find my ferry. Good organisation on the side of the operator who issued everyone with a destination sticker so that we board a correct vessel. Useful info from the operator on what to expect during the page and after arrival to our destination.

    Everything went well. We were picked up on time and arrived at the pier comfortably. The boat was rather empty with plenty of space for the luggages - which were carried to the ship by the crew.

    It was ok, the ferry was fine. What was annoying was having to wait in the tour office in Krabi town for 45 minutes after already setting off on our journey (not sure why we had to wait to be honest)

    Overall very good experience, travelling with my 1 year old baby. Boat on time. The workers helped us with our suitcases and with the stroller. Inside, we were able to take a seat where we could put the stroller in front of us. We were all able to sleep during the trip and in no time, we were already in Koh Phi Phi :) Good experience and we recommend.

    Nice, easy. We would have save booking ourself directly but easier this way. The first boat asked 200bth for a taxi to Pating while the second boat only asked 100bth. Staff on board are not so nice, tourist tired. Second boat (Phi Phi Phuket) was big and very confortable.

    Excellent - do take them up on the offer to buy organised taxivans from rassada Pier. Chaotic to find regular taxis/apptaxis once there (maybe you have no wifi and boat was delayed)

    The boat trip was very good, but the car ride was scary. The driver was driving very fast and kept braking suddenly all the time, so we had to hold on. It was so bad that I got carsick and scared.

    They also provided option to but a ticket with van taxi to take you to the hotel - a guy on the boat. This was excellent,or Else you May hang around at the port till 10 people have gathered in a taxivan before you can leave

    Good transfer service from hotel to pier. Ferry left 20 minutes late, people going to Phuket boat change in the Phi Phi bay. So we finally arrived 1 hour later on Phi Phi Tonsai Pier and lost our connexion to Laemtong. If you have connexion like us, better take a speedboat from Koh Lanta

    It says 1 hour 15 min but we had a 2,5 hour trip… The speed boat is 1 hour. But the transfer from the pier to Patong is more than one hour.

    It was a good size boat. Took longer than 2.5 hours and lots of people smoking plus the fume. Staff did not take our luggage out so I had to go back in and the crowd was big.

    Everything was absolutely perfect! The tour was fantastic and very well organized. Our guide Jack was amazing — extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and by far the best English-speaking guide we’ve had so far. A big thank you as well to our driver John, who was professional and kind. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this tour!
