The bus was comfortable, but I was surprised they never provided the water bottles. The administrators of 12goAsia could improve the information provided in the PDF; in this case, the bus's arrival location didn't match the one described in the PDF, which caused inconvenience for travelers. Furthermore, we arrived an hour late

First bus was cancelled, bus agency with no response until now (I’ve tried mail and WA chat - which both worked before the ride). Second (substitute) bus was ok, but the driver was very unwilling to help me with my seat problem (another crew member helped me after all though). One star for mail about cancelling the bus in advance.
