El itinerario indica que son 15h de trayecto pero no es cierto, cogimos el de las 20.30h y deberíamos haber llegado a las 11.30h, sin embargo te dejan a las 6 am en medio de una autopista. El conductor va muy rápido es imposible dormir, eso sin contar la de frenados que va pegando todo el rato.

Los asientos eran comodisimos y las cabinas espaciosas. Lo malo, que el aire acondicionado incluso con el conducto cerrado, salía mucho y frío por el techo. Mis 3 estrellas realmente van porque llegamos mucho antes de la hora prevista. Compramos el billete nocturno con llegada sobre las 06:30 para llegar bien pronto por la mañana. A las dos de la mañana el chico llamó a nuestra cabina y nos señaló en el teléfono que habíamos llegado 😶. Menos mal que los del hostel estaban despiertos y nos acogieron sin problema.

Compramos as passagens, e não recebemos a confirmação. Quando foi 1 dia antes da viagem, entrei em contato e eles disseram que meu ônibus já está lotado e só teria ônibus no dia seguinte. Tive que alugar mais uma diária no hotel, e perdi um dia na reserva que havia feito em Hoi an. Já no dia que fomos pegar o ônibus, que era às 18:30, fomos sair às 21h pois o ônibus tinha atrasado, e ninguém da operadora nos comunicou do horário ou previsão do ônibus chegar. Fora isso, o motorista dirigiu como um doido durante a noite! Por fim chegamos ao destino, mas não faço a viagem novamente

Le bus était plein et nous avons dû nous asseoir devant à côté du chauffeur, des places moins confortables et beaucoup moins spacieuses. Très décevants, surtout que cela ne correspondait pas à la réservation effectuée. Déçus.

Fuimos de Hué a Hanoi y todo perfecto, muy comodo y rapido e incluso nos equivocamos de dia al reservar y nos cambiaron el billete al haber sido un error y decirlo enseguida. Muy buena opción para de transporte

I got put in the middle seat furthest up front between the driver and another person to my right. I didn't know this was even an option, and frankly i would have liked to receive a discount considering that this was considerably less comfortable than what I expected. Secondly, sitting here allowed me to observe the driver texting and driving every 20 minutes, which was very unsettling as we were driving through the mountains as the sun was setting.

Had been waiting inside the car alone for 25min (driver did not say a word).. then had to change the bus again without any word of explanation. Arrived 1,5 hrs later than expected (estimated time had been 2 hrs) bc there were different people always on and off the van constantly

Bus was relatively comfortable. However there was no wifi and the driver didn’t let me off to go to the toilet even while he was stopped at a station for around 5 minutes. So we went around 4 hours or so without being able to use the toilet. Would not recommend

I put 4 stars because the support service and the office staff was very helpful and kind. However be aware that you are not allowed to sit wherever you want in the bus... We were in the back for the first half of the travel. Some people left the bus before us, and we were happy to take their seats, so it was less awful when the bus was going on difficult bumpy roads than in the back. We were shouted at by the driver when we tried to change seats. At the next stop, a mother got in with her son and we were 4 people in the back for 3 seats, with the 2 unoccupied seats before us that we were not allowed to take. So he could definitely have let us move.

Hue->Hoi An. Very hard to find the pick up point in Hue. In the booking mail was a screenshot of Google maps that showed a completely wrong place. The place is at the Mayla cafe, search to find the correct address. Also be aware that you will change minibus in Da Nang for some reason. Bus was not too late and arrived at time. Drop off is around 50.000 Dong in taxi away from Hoi an old town

The staff was rude, yelling (in Vietnamese) and pushing us into the bus with our backpacks. He made the other travelers laugh by saying something in Vietnamese, which was pretty uncomfortable. Since the luggage room in the bus was filled with some boxes, we had to store our big backpacks inside the bus with the narrow paths.
There was no stops on our 11 hours trip to Danang. At least we weren’t told at any point. The driver was smoking inside the bus.
At least the seats were ok comfortable and had pillows and USB ports.

Was a normal sleeper bus - we had to get on a second bus to get to Hoi An and the bus driver made no attempt to help us and I think was working with the drivers to get us to pay for a taxi but we waited around for 10 minutes and then they put us on a minibus

Go to the station and buy your ticket directly. These agents add on extra 50% fees for doing practically nothing.
Also you still have to arrange your own transport to the station. So it's pointless to buy bus tickets via agoda/12go really.

BEWARE THE SNEAKY INSURANCE BUTTON. In general, the booking process was straightforward and there were many options for travel types and travel duration, and different price points.
However, the “insurance” option is largely hidden at the bottom of all the contact information and above the legalese. Since we booked using mobile, when we selected “no insurance” for some reason the button was then moved back on the confirmation screen to the most expensive insurance option, which we only realized we’d been billed for when we looked at our credit card statement. Both companies (12go.Asia and “Mister Prakan”-the insurance company listed) point fingers at each other as to whose responsibility it is to reverse charges. We are still waiting for a refund at the time of writing this review.

We booked a bus at 7 PM, wasn‘t possible so we had to change our plans for the day and take an earlier bus at 5 PM. We agreed on the the earlier bus only because of the dropping point near our hotel, sadly for us, the dropping point was not nearby and we had to take an expensive taxi at 3 AM to the hotel…Be aware of that before booking your trip! Only good thing was the change from a 44 to a more comfortable 33 seater…

Poor attempts at communication from staff. Bus left an hour late. Pick up was in a random location on the side of the road. The seat/bed I had was small, and I was unable to sit up. I might have just been unlucky as I was at the back, on the bottom. But otherwise coach was comfortable enough.

The bus had three rows of seats/beds and two asiles. Each Seats reclined almost all the way and we're a bit narrow for north american standards. The ride was pretty comfortable however the constant honking that is part of traffic in Vietnam kept me from having a really restful night.

The bus is well maintained and clean. The driver drove well during the entire trip. My additional suggestion would be first, it took me a while looking for the correct waiting area. At the ticket booth I was told to go gate 4 and turn right. I was looking for the bus and could not find it until one guy approached me and ask me what I am looking for. Then he pointed where to go even then it took me another 5 minutes to find as the staff are just pointing me instead of assisting me. Second, announcement to be made in English so we know how long the stop over would be as I was hesitant to go away of the bus as I did not know how long the stop over is.

The Bus itself is quite comfortable. You can stretch, though I think beeing taller then 1.8m could decrease the comfort. The Bus was cleened beforehand. We arrived 2 hours early. Bear that in mind.
There are designated seats that are not be changed. At first I didnt know and the driver yelled at me in Vietnamese not even willing to tell me via translator. He yelled at me two more times for leaving my seat (??) and for not immediately putting my shoes in a provided bag, although I was about to do so. Zero stars for him.

As good as a 15 hour bus journey can be! Very organised, stopped a few times for toilet breaks at ideal times. Seats were super comfy and had 2 USB points for charging devices. The seats don't really go up, just extend down flatter for sleeping but still comfortable.

Pese a que reservamos los asientos con menos de 12 hrs de antelacion, los billetes llegaron a tiempo. La localizacion del sitio de recogida fue exacta y el chofer llego incluso 10 minutos antes de la salida. El viaje fue tranquilo, parando una vez para ir al servicio. La relacion calidad-precio ha sido muy buena.

Bus left on time, but the pick-up spot in Nha Trang is a petrol station with no seating and gas fumes.
The bus arrived 2.5 hours earlier than scheduled in Hoi An, at a place where we couldn’t even get a Grab that early.

Never book from 12go.asia, they charged me almost double. I looked at the ticket that I got from the ticket window, after showing them the QR code and the ticket given to me said it costs 270,000 VND, however, they had charged me 20.51 Euros which is roughly double of what the original price is.

Comfortable journey really good seats and well organised however we arrived at 4.55am not 7am and we’re let out on the street. As we were ordering a grab a driver offered to take us and scammed fare 6 times amount. Lesson is Don’t take offers on street early hours and don’t prepay only pay the metered price.
