La duración del viaje según la reserva eran 6 horas y tardo 8 horas. A parte de las paradas lógicas para descansar paramos muchas veces alguna de ellas para que el conductor fumara. Algo de retraso es comprensible pero 2 horas no es admisible

Me recogió un tuk tuk en el hotel y me dejo en una parada de bus en la carretera.
Yo pensaba que me iba a llevar a la estación de autobús de ayuttaya.
Hasta que no llego el bus a la carretera no estuve tranquila.
En la información deberían indicar esto.

Nosotros hablamos con el telefono de contacto que habia de tour with thai, nos informó perfectamente, nos llevaron a la parada del autobus, la cual sin ellos hubiera sido imposible encontrarla y el autobus era espacioso y cómodo, no se hizo nada pesado el viaje a pesar de ser en torno a 10 horas. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena con esta empresa

Puedes solicitar que te recojan en Old Town y no tener que viajar a la nueva ciudad pero debes avisar con anticipación por whatsapp. El bus no tiene baño pero hace paradas cada 2 hr y a las 1:30 se detiene en un restaurante de comida tailandesa y el boleto de bus incluye un voucher de 20 bahts de descuento en la comida

Autobús viejo pero bien. Puntual. No hace paradas desde Phitsanulok a Sukhothai y tarda una hora y media. Se tiene que recoger el billete de bus en la taquilla de la estación y luego lo comprueba el revisor.

O ônibus atrasou 1 hora e, na hora que chegou, uma amiga estava usando o banheiro e um funcionário mandou ela vir logo porque não podia esperar. Ônibus antigo, mas nada que fosse problema. Motorista muito responsável na direção. Fora isso, funcionários atenciosos, ganhamos água e um sanduíche que parecia pão com bala 7Belo.

Rápida y sencilla gestión a la hora de recoger el billete en la ventanilla de Sukhotai.Viaje cómodo a pesar de la larga distancia. Te dan una botellita de agua y un sándwich de cortesía. Recomiendo llevar algo de ropa por el aire acondicionado.

Autobus de dos plantas. Aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Casi da frio. Puerto USB entre los asientos para cargar dispositivos. El baño estaba un poco descuidado, un poco sucio. Te dan una botella de agua, un zumo y un bizcochito para el viaje.

An sich alles gut, aber Fahrt dauerte einfach 1,5x so lange wie angegeben. Und das kam nicht nur einmal vor, hin und Rückweg.
Sowas finde ich sehr nervig. nicht die Zeit an sich sondern das es einfach falsch war die Angabe.

Staff at the bus terminal and in the bus were really nice and helpful. Bus was a little bit older but clean and enough leg room. Bus stops at some bigger bus stations where you can use the bathrooms or buy some snacks. One bottle of water and a sweet snack is included. Arrived 45’ later than scheduled due to the traffic. All in all good right for the price

The van was a pretty run-down little bus that was totally overloaded. That's probably why it drove extremely slowly, at least at the beginning. There was no air conditioning. At least the driver was very nice and helpful. I have nothing against an adventurous ride, but it was too expensive for that.

Initially my bus trip was cancelled so we had to rebook. Good bus and driving but we stopped many times, seemingly in the middle of nowhere sometimes and not even to pick anyone up, and there was one time we waited 30 mins for three passengers to arrive who were late. Got snacks and a bus stop to go to the loo so other than the stops it was fine and we arrived on time.

Toilet in the bus can easily opened from the outside and is quite small but it does its job.

Long trip, loud with more or less comfy seats However it‘s slow travel with lots of things to see and meet people and I would definitely recommend it if you want to see the landscape of Thailand.
I accidentially left my bag - the railway company found it and brought it back the same day as it was.

The driver was 25 minutes early, so we could leave immediately. We booked a taxi and a van but i guess there werent enough people for a van. So we got a taxi ride instead. No extra fees or anything. Got picked up and dropped at our hotel

Firstly, buying it from 12Go was 600 baht when the ticket itself said 320 baht. That markup is inexcusable.
The ride itself with Wintour had uncomfortable seats, weak air and a driver that didn’t let people off the bus for an over 5h trip.

There was a mistake with the booking si we had a bit of stress because the taxi did not pick us up.
However we let our hotel call and explain and they solved it quickly and a taxi arrived.
Afterwards, I got a call from 12.go to appologize for tje mistake, which we appreciated.

Twt very nice, they pick up me at the right hour un tuc-tuc and bring me to the bus stop , but the big bus from ayuttaya to sukkothai must arrived at 21:00 and they arrived t 22:20!!!
