Barato & Bueno no será Rápido. (p.ej. trenes VIP en Tailandia)
Rápido & Bueno no será Barato.

The trip was good, with no incidences. The A/C was on during most of the trip and the temperature was very cold so I would recommend everyone to take warm clothes with them. The CS of 12Asia was great! They sent my ticket with the train staff to Ayutthaya since I forgot to pick it up in Bangkok the previous day and I received it without any incidence and could travel perfectly. Great experience!

The trip really confortable. Maybe the AC is too much strong. The problem was to book the ticket. Once i paid a cheap option (still available according to the page) they sent me an email saying that there was no seats on that train, so i should take another one paying the difference. Not a big deal, just annoying. Also you pay extra for everything: picking the tickets up, paying by paypal... So at the end it's much more than the price that you chose. The customer service really good. They answer the emails really quickly.

Very easy to collect tickets from ticket office. Great, comfortable trip and well worth the extra money over the bus. Toilet facilities are a bit ropey but then I think that's to be expected. Bed curtains do not completely cover the lights when you're in the upper berth so bring eyemask. All in all, we arrived on time and well rested.

I was leery about booking my overnight train tickets from Ayuthaya to Chiang Mai through 12go.asia. But I am glad I did! The communication was fantastic from the moment I booked all the way to the end. The sleeper train #9 was as described by other travelers. The WiFi wasn’t great but hey it was better than no WiFi. The private room, bathroom & a shower was great! We would definitely use 12go.asia again in the future! Highly recommend.

Good mattres but the A/C eas really really too strong! Who want to sleep wearing big socks, long pants and a big jumper, a blanket and still be freezing! (Train number 13) The whole carriage was complaining about the A/C. In addition when you’re in the upper bed, bring a sleeping mask as you will have the light of the train on your bed the whole night. Stinky but not too dirty toilet, but I think I never saw nice non smelly toilet on a train so it’s ok. Beside that everything was ok.

Great trip. The 2nd class sleeper is super clean and comfortable. Be aware that top bunk is close to the light and they do not dim the light the entire time.

The service and staff were very nice. The only issues were the lights in the cabin (as they were on all night and was a littland difficult to sleep) and the bunks got a tad bit stuffy whilst the curtains were closed

train #13 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways

We took train 13 from Ayutthaya to Chiang Mai and it was a pretty smooth ride. 12 go Asia did a good job in buying and mailing our tickets to our hotel in BKK. Unfortunately I can't give the ride the highest qualification as the toilets are not very clean...but maybe us, Europeans, generally are used to a higher standard. Indeed, the lights are left on throughout the night but that's completely understandable, as ppl wouldn't be able to go to the toilet in complete darkness. Thai ppl overdo it with A/C...I was cold all night long, even with long pants, hoodie and socks on. They should really regulate the temperature!!
