Llegamos 2 horas más tarde de lo programado. Nadie te daba demasiada información. Estábamos perdidos. El chofer de la van nos hizo perder muchísimo tiempo buscando gente extra en lugares random antes de llevarnos al puerto. En el puerto nos dio los tickets y dijo que saldría el ferry 16:00. Por suerte no confiamos mucho en él y nos acercamos a preguntar, salía 15:30. Un desastre! El ferry de phi phi a Krabi era espantoso, no se podía respirar por el calor. Abajo había solo algunos cuantos ventiladores y el aire no funcionaba!

Toller Service! Aufgrund des Verkehrs kamen wir etwas zu spät am Pick-up Point an, aber der Fahrer wartete, nachdem wir schnell und unkompliziert mit der Organisation kommuniziert haben. Bequem waren die Sitze auch und wir waren sogar schneller am Ziel.

Fuimos en asientos comodisimos gracias a que no había espacio disponible y nos separaron en dos asientos individuales que eran más espaciosos, salimos en hora y sin incidentes, aire acondicionado en marcha y paradas para ir al baño excelente

Overall great, everything worked and was well organized. Only slight critique I have is that because of the driver's poor English, it was very hard to understand his announcements. We had often to ask back what he meant. At one point when when we dropped one part of the passengers at the train station, the rest of us heading for the pier asked if we also need to get off for a transfer. The driver then got angry and shouted at one girl that we have to listen to what he says and that this is not our stop yet. I guess he got frustrated because he kept repeating his announcements, but it was really hard to understand him. Nonetheless, satisfied with the provided service and recommended

Excellent company got us to ferry on time even with an 15 mins stop to go toliet or get some food and the driver gets everyone’s ferry tickets from the desk and tells you we’re to go very organised! Would book again

I didn’t realise that this was primarily a 3-4 hour bus journey followed by a 1.5 hour ferry. This is entirely my fault! It was incredibly easy, very well managed. Would 100% recommend! Our only issue was the taxi mafia on the other side at Koh Samui (nothing to do with this tour operator but something to be wary of if you choose to catch this ferry!) . We were told 150baht each to lamai beach in one of their tuk-Tuks only for the driver to demand an extra 200 and tell us the 150 was only for the other passengers who had waited longer! Not what his boss had said so be warned about this.

Came on time to pick up at my hotel, dropped us off at pier. A person was waiting with a ticket which was needed to scan abd got in the ferry. We reached koh Samui at 3;30. Perfect.

The ride was amazing. Our driver came a little later but he was very kind. He drove the vehicle well until the ferry and assisted us into the pier. We could have come earlier but some German passengers came late, didn’t wanted to enter the car, were just loud with the poor driver and started quarrelling with him.
Anyhow, I recommend this service as it’s reliable and sends you to the destination safely!! Happy travels!!

We had a very friendly driver on our trip from Ao Nang to Koh Phangan. The Pick up worked well and we had a quick stop for buing snacks and drinks. The driver was organizing the ferry tickets for us and showed us where to wait eat and enter the ferry at the Pier. As our hotel was not included as a Pick Up place we selected the one next to us. I can warmly recommend to use this service.

Van on time and comfortable. Spacious ship with even a shop and massage room inside. The transfer was smooth.
Only issue, as mentioned also by other reviews before, is during the booking process, when we are required to select a pickup hotel from a very limited selection of options. I followed the approach of selecting a hotel nearby and then call the operator to ask to change it for my actual one. Lucky they speak English!

We went from Ao nang to Phuket. The pick up was on time and we were transferred to Krabi bus station with a mini van. Here, the driver bought us a ticket for a bus to Phuket and showed us the platform for our bus. We arrived about 1 hour late in Phuket, but since we were not in a rush this was completly fine for us.

We were probably last minute put into a trip so we were crammed up in a minivan for about 1.5 hours. Then we were last in a bus and of course the worst seats are left for those who are last in. Ferry was fine but that is no surprise.
It is good to call once you are on the pickup spot. Just to make sure all is well.

It was a great experience. The pick up bud was on time. Enough space although the bus was full. Transfer from bus to boat was also flawless and no confusion on where go. I would book and travel again. Why only 4 stars? We could not find our hotel as the pick up location and had our receptionist from the hotel to call and explain.

Advertised arrival time was never planned to make. It was obvious, that this was just said to lure people to book with this company. Luckily we didn’t book a pick-up at the pier in advance, it would have waited for over an hour…
The mini van was really small, so we feeled like sardines in a can on that 4 hour drive. „Luxury mini van“ is definety something else!

When booking it says pick up but once you confirm then you may be told you won't be collected from your hotel and you have to make your own way to another hotel. This happened to me. Then they picked up from the hotel opposite mine. Which meant I wasted money and time. This was stressful.

Transfer was described as a minivan.
We were picked up by a minivan which dropped us at the public bus station in Krabi. From there the minivan driver purchased us a bus ticket and drove away.
As a result of catching the public bus we were 1 hour & 5 mins late to the destination based on the arrival time quoted on 12go booking confirmation.
During booking I was led to believe we were booking a minivan for the entire trip. No mention of public bus or transferring vehicles. Disappointing.

We weren’t told we would have to change transport multiple times to get there. Then we were packed into a full minivan for the majority of the journey, with all our bags squeezed in on top of us.
This was made worse by the fact that the driver had to stop several times to pick up packages which meant there was even less room in the minivan.
Also the drivers driving was very poor and borderline dangerous!
Throughout this nothing was explained to us.

Really efficient transfer from Lanta to Samui. Minivan pick-up from Lanta was a few minutes late (but they give you plenty of warning of this), 2.5 hours, comfortable. Dropped off at Sea Pearl offices in Krabi, 10 minute wait, then loaded onto bus (bigger than minivan) for drive to Don Sak pier - roughly 2.5 hours as well with comfort stop in the middle. Then walk onto ferry which is big and pretty comfortable. Once arrived in Samui you have to sort your own transport - there are shared minivans waiting that are around 200thb. A good, safe experience overall!

We haven been more then one our later. We had 2 very long breaks. One with a transfer and bus change in Krabi Town from 11 - 11:30 o’clock an then at the harbour from 11:50-12:00 o’clock. The second driver drove like shit, very dangerous even when there where kids on board. Only a second star because he drove us to the accomodation

The mini pickup van driver and the service was very good but the transfer to bus from Krabi Bus terminal was not a nice experience. Even though I informed the conductor or helper that I have back pain and would like to sit in the front or middle as they were vacant. He still gave me the last seat in the bus which was broken even though there were enough seats in the front end (I do have a video of the broken seat and front rows seats available to share). He also asked the Thai lady (even though I am a girl myself) sitting beside me to sit in the front row - felt like discrimination. I heard that Indians are not treated well in many countries and that can be because of few people who might have created issues in the past but not everyone is the same. Don’t have to treat a person a certain way unless you found them in a misconducting behaviour.
They are good and bad people in every place - plz don’t stereotyping and discriminating 🙏
India is a very respectable country. Rather than judging few things on social media. Do visit our country to experience our hospitality. We treat every guest as gods literally as that our belief system & give huge respect to everyone.
This is my first Asian country that I visited but I’m disappointed that I might not come back to this country again as I have faced discrimination at most places in Thailand and it has created a fear of travel to any other Asian country being an Indian. I am not saying every one in Thailand is like that. I had some amazing and lovely Thai locals who were so caring, guided me so well and took care of me and I’m grateful & thankful to them.

Driver was very aggressive, yelling at us inThai immediately on pickup (we only speak english so no idea what he was saying to us), and was very handsy with the girls. Touching legs, backs, even picked one girl up to put her in the front seat with him. He also dropped us off in the middle of the street for us to walk to our stay. It was very uncomfortable.

Koh Lanta > Koh Phangan. First a minivan to Krabi town. Switch to another minivan to the pier. Then boat to Koh Phangan. Both drivers were chill and drove relax. We had plenty of time to chill before the boat.

The ferry from Surat Thani to Koh Tao was not comfortable, air conditioning didn’t really work and the ferry was very full and running late.

we have just been driven to khao lak by one of your drivers. he drove aggressively and was very unserviceable. overcharged to drive us the last few miles to the hotel. i can in no way recommend such a bad driver

I felt like this was a scam! They told us we will go from Ao Nang, Ao Nam Mao pier but we didn t! They drove us to Klong Jirad Pier in Krabi. On the site it wrote that we will leave at 9:50, we arrived there at 9:45 running to make sure we catch the ferry and guess what? It left at 10:30, liars!
We did not even think we have time to bring some water with us. Shameful!

Well pick up me a van transfer to the bus terminal, I thing it was all trayecto in a van, I have to wait for an hour to get to the bus to Phuket, it's confortable.
