Podrían mejorar las paradas, la primera para de la van no había nada para comprar, ni un 7/11, paramos para fumar…. Increíble, y la segunda para comer solo un restaurante que será conocido del de la van, y.nada mas, y hay que esperar sin saber quién nos va a recoger….

El conductor llegó súper tarde como con una 1hora de retraso, nosotros llegamos 30 minutos antes. Es verdad que llegamos bien a la hora para coger el ferry. ya se podria poner en contacto y decirnos que llegaría tarde y no haberle espero hora y media. Luego por lo de más bien llegamos a la hora acordada.

Éramos 10 personas pero no fuimos demasiado incómodos. La van un poquito vieja. El conductor apenas decía lo mínimo, pero lo peor es cuando llegamos al punto desde donde salíamos para Railay, que nos atendió una señora muy desagradable que no quería ni indicarnos dónde estaba el pier para subir al long tail.

Se tarda muchísimo tiempo entre acomodar a la gente y recoger en otros puntos que se podría solucionar con mejor organización.
No llegamos al ferry que deberíamos haber tomado y tuvimos que esperar una hora más hasta el siguiente

Hicimos el viaje nocturno en barco desde Koh Tao hasta Ao nang. Las coordenadas de donde se hace el check in del barco son erróneas, el barco es toda una experiencia que igual no es apta para todo el mundo (es un barco de carga con todo tipo de fauna aún que la macro habitación donde dormimos la comuna estaba decente). Hasta aquí bien, luego ya el barco tardó hora y media en salir (como es de carga estaba descargando mercancía), aún teniendo margen para llegar al destino vivimos caos con las furgonetas que nos llevaban (cambiamos de ellas dos veces). Llegamos dos horas tarde al destino final.

Mi experiencia fue buena. Viajamos de Ao Nang a Surat Thani en Van y de ahí hasta el centro de Bangkok en un bus muy cómodo. Hubo paradas en ambos trayectos para ir baño y comprar algo. La comunicación con la agencia siempre fue buena, en especial durante la espera que se tiene entre la conexión van y bus. Lo recomiendo y volvería a viajar.

But bus driver was really informal and making unnecessary stops of over 15min for a 2h drive; of course in places where he probably got a commission or ‘gift’ in exchange. We arrived nearly 1h late to our destination and he tried to overcharge an extra 1km drive to our hotek

The ferry is old and slow and there was a cockroach inside where you can sit… at least they gave us a vip bus for the price of a normal one but the usb chargers didn’t work and sometimes we could smell something coming probably from outside, and the AC was FREEZING. Bad experience

They make you wait for over an hour at a random stop after arriving in Surat Thani and again in the middle of the night. Both stops are not at shops but small restaurants clearly linked to the bus company so they can extract more money from you. Other operators stop at 7/11 where you can actually buy things you might need and not for such long periods. We spend a lot of the night waiting, hoping the bus would leave soon. The employees treat you like sheep rather than people. The seats were also quite uncomfortable for overnight although it was nice they could recline and that there was charging points and good a/c. The a/c was turned off the last 30 minutes making the bus very hot and the charging ports didn't work during the night either.

Bad transport overral. The workers in the Khao Sok station are rude and nonchalant. The van arrived more than half an hour late, and showed very angry and kind of verbally agressive for no reason. Arrived 40min late.
The driving was fine.
But I would defenetly not take this company again.

Just the first Van that pick up us at the mcdonalds was nice, the driver very helpful (that is why the 2 stars).
After the vehicle transfer in Surat Thani, there was no longer any space between the seats.

The Ferry was on time, I arrived to land again around 6am. The van to go to Khao Sok it was supposed to be there at 8am and we arrived at 9.30am... The drivers was unclear about the drop off point.

The ferry looks so awesome I never thought having nice ferry but the problem was if you have heavy luggage you need to lift by yourself. You will use stairs going up and going down. That's the down side and alot of transfer. No snacks or water offered compared to the bus operation they offer free dinner and snacks. The bus was big and spacious but the charging such as USB port /PD port/type C port was not working. Maybe in the future if you have those things. You will have more customers in the future. The bus driver was on time.5:30am we arrived in bangkok

Two weeks ago we had a Bus for an equivalent Trip and we Sleeping 6 Hours without and problem

Bus was what you expect, fully reclining seats and blanket supplied. Generally pretty comfy and punctual. Was good for backpacking as far as overnight busses go.

The journey from Koh Samui to Bangkok is described as a ferry / boat trip, there is no mention at all of any other mode of travel. The journey is actually a ferry back to Shurat
thani, then a shuttle bus, then a mini bus and finally an overnight coach journey the length of Thailand back to Bangkok. Not what is advertised and not what we expected. Book with caution!

It's a shame to have to wait 45 minutes and be late because the owner is negotiating the price with a customer for their excess luggage.
However, I commend the driver who was friendly and knowledgeable about good music.

First you take a boat from Koh Samui to Donsak pier which is okay, then you are taken to a parking lot where you board a van and from the van you drive about 1 hour to a very poor restaurant, they basically have fruits, beverages and salty rice or pasta to eat. You may have time to walk to 7/11 but who knows, they don't give any information so you have to guess. After waiting from 1h to 2h which they don't know precisely how much you board a bus that comes half full and drives about 6 hours to the first stop where is another very poor restaurant that they only have rice, snacks and some beverages and after that you are taken to Bangkok.

Communication wasn’t good. We got off the ferry trying to find the bus which ended up being a van to the bus which took another hour. No one communicated where and when we are going. I was with two kids and it felt very difficult. It was also pouring with rain and no one helped with the bags. The sleeper bus was ok, although it was freezing! And the worse part is that somehow money was stolen from my bag which was next to me while I was sleeping despite the bag being next to me the whole night. We used another company on our way to the islands and we felt a lot more secure. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Your bus arrived over 1hr late. We waited 40min before & after schedule, as instructed. I paid extra to receive text updates and received nothing, despite calling multiple times. I had to pay for a new service and you refused to refund me. Wasted my time and money - Terrible service
