En general, no se puede elegir una clase de billete cuando se viaja en furgoneta. Sin embargo, puedes consultar con el operador y/o elegir el tipo de furgoneta que sirve tu ruta. Ventajas y Desventajas de los Viajes en Furgoneta
- Las furgonetas suelen llegar a localidades a las que no llegan ni los autobuses ni los trenes, como en los casos de las ciudades secundarias y los pueblos más pequeños

Desventajas de los Viajes en Furgoneta
- A veces, las furgonetas están bastante abarrotadas y tienen poco espacio para el equipaje. En realidad, casi todas las furgonetas tienen espacio limitado para el equipaje, así que si tienes más de un bolso, maleta o mochila, puede ser una buena idea comprar un asiento separado para tu equipaje - sí, lamentablemente habrá que pagar el doble
- Vale la pena verificar si la furgoneta sale a la hora prevista o solo cuando está llena; en este último caso puede que termines esperando demasiado, porque hay trayectos en los que la furgoneta tarda bastante en llenarse.
- Hay que saber que los furgoneteros tienen fama de manejar muy rápido. A veces, hasta las empresas más reputadas no logran convencer a los conductores de que respeten los límites de velocidad. Cuando viajes en furgoneta, recuerda siempre abrocharte el cinturón de seguridad, aunque el conductor no insista en ello
Si te mareas con facilidad y tu viaje incluye tramos con muchas curvas, las probabilidades de marearte en una furgoneta son mayores que en un autobús. Toma un medicamento media hora antes del viaje para que estés mejor durante el trayecto.

El vehículo era cómodo y la atención por Whatsapp estuvo bien. El mayor problema fue el conductor de la van. No sólo que manejaba sin cuidado y usando el teléfono en la ruta (le habré contado 6 llamadas telefónicas), sino que nos quiso dejar a 3km de dónde nos tendría que haber dejado. Si no iba a decirle que no era el lugar pactado, nos hubiésemos quedado ahí todos.

Muy profesionales y recomendables. Fuimos de Hanoi a Halong Bay City con una furgoneta de 9-10 plazas, con unas butacas comodísimas y con mucho espacio para las piernas. La empresa nos contactó el día antes por WhatsApp para preguntar en qué hotel nos recogían y en qué hotel nos dejaban en el destino, así que fuimos de puerta a puerta. Tardaron 5min más de lo previsto en recogernos, pero nos avisaron por el WhatsApp así que todo estupendo. Hicimos una parada entre Hanoi y Halong para ir al baño. El conductor (dentro de la conducción vietnamita) conducía tranquilo así que no sentimos inseguridad en ningún momento. Súper recomendable.

Llovía mucho y el conductor casi nos deja las maletas en el suelo que estaba inundado, parecía tener mucha prisa, tampoco nos especificó si era nuestra parada, simplemente que no la bajaramos. En el vehículo las rejillas del aire acondicionado tiraban gotas de agua todo el tiempo por lo que nos mojamos todo el camino, después empezó a hacer un ruido insoportable que finalmente se quitó.

El conductor nos estaba esperando en la puerta de salidas del aeropuerto de Da Nang. Fue muy amable y la conducción fue genial. Lo único que nos pareció un poco raro fue que escribimos a la empresa para informar de que nuestro vuelo se había retrasado y que llegaríamos pasadas las 22:00 y nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar un suplemento por recogida más tarde de esa hora (el retraso fue de unos 30min) y no habíamos sido informados de esa política previamente. Por lo demás, todo correcto

Al recogerme el coche estaba en otra dirección, no la que les facilité con captura de pantalla y otra con idioma vietnamita. El can iba hasta arriba de gente y equipaje por lo que el viaje no fue precisamente cómodo. Al dejarme en Da Nang el
Can no me dejó en el parking del museo Cham, si bo en la carretera, en una esquina y desde ahí me tuve que buscar la vida. No entiendo para qué me ofrecen la posibilidad de dejarme en un lugar y confirmo mi taxi desde allí cuando me dejan luego en otro sitio y tengo que cancelar el taxi y volver a buscar otro desde la nueva situación

El Van solo con dos personas más y un avispado guía turístico recogido a medio camino que ofreció información sobre Hoi An y visitas (…) que se pueden contratar. El conductor fue muy correcto y educado y dejó a cada viajero en su destino final (como suele ser típico en Vietnam).

Por parte de la empresa un 10, serios, rápidos y fiables. El conductor... Conducción muy agresiva hasta para Vietnam, se creía siempre con preferencia, no paraba de hablar y escribir por el móvil, el único que iba siempre entre 2 carriles. Conducción muy insegura y mi pareja que no se marea nunca salió encontrándose mal.

Excelente servicio! El personal es muy amigable y atento; envían mensajes de recordatorio, están disponibles en WhatsApp en todo momento y te recogen y dejan en tu hotel siempre que sea posible. Además, me ayudaron con un cambio de horario que necesitaba en mi reservación, sin preguntas y sin problemas. Camionetas limpias y en buen estado. Muy recomendables! :)

Driver was a bit late for pick up and we arrived 30min late. Driver was driving like crazy but I guess most drivers do in Vietnam.
We had 1 bathroom stop which was nice, Car was comfortable and communication on WhatsApp about pick up time was excellent. We got to be dropped off at our hotel which was nice.

Overall I was happy with the service and would have given 4 stars. However, for my pick up back to Da Nang, it was supposed to be at 45 le lol street. The actual pick was over a block away. The only reason I was able to meet the van/driver was that I remembered the drop off spot. So I had to keep walking between both locations. When I contacted support they also did not know the pick up spot was different than advertised. My only suggestion would be to update the pick up/drop off points on the website and ensure the drivers follow them. That way customers will not be confused and possibly miss their transportation.

Great trip. Easy to book and the staff at April were incredibly helpful when 1) i booked the wrong day, and 2) the flight was considerably delayed. (Spoke to April not 12go via WhatsApp).
How it worked: after our flight a gentleman just came around to where we were asked to wait, with my booking info on his phone; my partner and I (and other guests) followed him a short walk away to his minibus, popped luggage in the back, and an hour later we were at our hotel.
Very safe driving and I will book April again!

I am very pleased with this bus company. I used their service twice and both times they contacted on WhatsApp right after booking to suggest picking me up at my hotel (if on the route) or the nearest pick-up point possible. Both times they dropped me off right at my hotel. Driver was friendly and on time. On the booking it said 90min, but both rides only took 45min. (Da Nang to Hoi An) Support on WhatsApp reacts right away if you have questions. Would use their service again, smoothest bus experience in Vietnam so far :)

Great service. We immediately received the booking confirmation via email and whatsapp. They even asked us for the adress of our hotel and a pick-up/drop-off there was possible. They spoke english very well and it was even possible to take an earlier bus last minute. We got picked up in a minivan which unfortunately didn't have seltbelts. We arrived a lot earlier than expected in Hoi An.

Best experience ever. My flight was very late due to bad weather conditions and we ended up landing 3 hours after the bus trip I had booked. They were so nice and helpful and allowed me to use my ticket for the next day as the weather conditions were too bad to drive that same night. Will definitely book with them again for my trip back from Hoi An to Da Nang
