Everything went as explained on the ticket. The van left on time and we arrived in Bangkok early. The seats on the bus weren't very comfortable, but it was clean and there was ac. On my return trip I was able to get on the van 1 hour early. I will likely book again.

The Bus trip itself was good, Driver got us there even before the estimated time, and he drove very well! My only issue is this bus does not allow us to bring any Coffee/Drinks onboard even though there are cup holders.

The bus left on time & arrived in Hua Hin around the expected time but did not seem to finish at a depot. The bus just stopped on the side of the main road & indicated for everyone to get off so I am not sure where the Hua Hin Minivan Station is.
Also we had luggage which had to be taken inside the bus & wasn't able to stored in the bus luggage compartment which made the seat relatively uncomfortable with luggage around our feet.

There's toilet stop about mid way. Seatings were reserved which was very nice and appreciated and unexpected, as the minibus was full and our pick up point was second stop. Also, 12Go was very helpful and assisted to change and advance the travel time.

The bus was comfortable, the fair was cheap. The driver kept picking up and dropping off passengers along the way which honestly was fine. The problem came when we had to disembark. My mom showed him the hotel and he said ok and he proceeded to drop us many blocks away even though my gps showed we had passed the location. Perhaps there was a language barrier but when we exited the vehicle he said good luck.
I don’t think the language barrier was the problem, the driver had no intention of dropping us off at the location. To be fair our drop off point was not one of the locations identified by the bus company but neither were we told that we would be stopping to pick up many different passengers along the way.

The driver did not have a place for passengers to place their small suitcases in the front or back of the van. All suitcases were in the aisle. The seats were not very wide.

I always love the bus from bluport to Bangkok. It is a big bus with comfortable leg rooms and luggage compartment. This is different from vehicle they use from bangkok to hua hin which is just a small van.

This bus makes several stops along the way which is why it takes so long to get to the destination.
The bus is rather old (0 suspension) which means you will feel EVERY bump on the road for 4 hours straight.
The good thing was that the driver let us out for a bathroom brake.

Good journey from Bangkok (Ekkamai) to Hua Hin (Bluport) in a minibus which took 3.5hrs. Good driver, a couple of bathroom stops and he dropped us outside Market Village shopping mall instead of the actual destination which was a few hundred metres up the road. Much less stress than driving yourself to Bangkok.

We rode an old bus that had some seats that couldn’t sit up straight. It was a bumpy ride, and the air conditioning was off and on. The price was good, and it got us where we needed to go. We arrived an hour early. They had seats available at that time, so they let us ride. The driver also got us there in less time than the website stated, so we were almost two hours ahead of schedule, which was nice. I don’t think we would choose this mode of transportation again, but it met our needs.

We arrived in Hua Hin early, and the driver dropped us off right at the corner street near Mövenpick. The seats were quite narrow—avoid sitting in the last row, as it gets very bumpy and hot.

The minibus left and arrived on time. But like the one we took from Bangkok to Hua Hin, it was too old, with a very rough suspension, seats that offered no support (we both got achey from sittng), and no netting or hooks anywhere on the seats in front of us in which to store things during the trip. It really felt like bare-bones service. Considering that the train between Hua Hin and Bangkok is almost half the price of a minibus, faster by 1 hour, and much more comfortable, we felt cheated.

The driver made very good time. I know transport in general isn't made for someone who is 6 foot 5 inches tall so I expected for it to be cramped and uncomfortable, but my only complaint - taking into account what I've just said is the minivan's suspension needs replacing because you could feel every bump in the road.
As a suggestion - given the journey may be 3.5 hours, nearer to 4 hours or longer would be to schedule a toilet break half way. Even those who don't need the toilet would welcome the chance to stretch their legs for 5 minutes.

The ticket agent was a despicable human being. I was attempting to get my ticket and I was screamed at and berated by the agent ( I strongly believed was obscenities because a young Thai person that was bilingual said that is what she was doing). If it weren't for the super nice young Thai woman, I would have definitely missed my bus. I was courteous and respectful the entire time and just laughed it off

Seats were so narrow/ small, i could not fit in while having Size M as a woman 164cm big. Nevertheless cheap transport, and we arrived before the time. Service would be better if the driver would not be Talking extremely loud to some passengers he knows for the whole time they are on the bus. This was very disturbing.

When I came in the bus with cup of coffee driver started to yell in Thai on me. As I understood later coffee is not allowed inside the bus. But there’s no any warnings about that. I saw only the stickers about fasten the sit belt in the bus. And was no sit belt in my chair.

I got charged for a Covid! Insurance which was sneakily charged.Very unhelpful at the station.I have travelled a lot and the driver was the rudest I have came across.Absolutely no place to put luggage.

It s a van so your luggages are with you not in the trunk.
We did not make a stop so 4hours travel take your précaution. Thé driver is not really helping because he did not say thé stops so pay attention to Google map.
