About BangkokTaxi24
A taxi trip is a convenient and enjoyable way to get to your destination without being dependent on a fixed schedule and route. Taxi offers private customized door-to-door service. It is always a good idea to book your trip at least several days before to secure your trip.
BangkokTaxi24 offers taxi rides with online booking. Check other travellers’ reviews to find out how they rate their service.

What are the Taxi Classes & Prices of BangkokTaxi24?
BangkokTaxi24 uses different vehicles as taxis. Depending on the number of people in your group and your requirements to comfort levels you can choose the class of the vehicle which suits your best. A useful piece of advice – check the rates of a higher class vehicle even if you are comfortable to go with standard class. For example, sometimes operators offer huge discounts on vans, and a van taxi may cost you the same or almost the same as a standard class car but it is definitely more comfortable to travel by van as it has more legroom and luggage space.
Pros & Cons of Taxi Travel
Pros of Taxi Travel
- Travelling by taxi gives you flexibility in terms of the departure time, route, and stops along the way. The only thing to remember is to inform your taxi operator of your requirements in advance so they can calculate the right fare for you. Otherwise, the final bill can be higher than expected
- Taxi is the best means of transport which allows you to keep social distancing during the pandemic.
- Taxi may be the only means of transport available to bring you to some destinations where there is no train, bus, or van connection, not to speak about planes.
Cons of Taxi Travel
- Taking a taxi can be costly compared to van or bus travel. Well, but private service does come at a price, so no surprise here
- You may have to pay extra for any unexpected deviation from the route or waiting time if it occurs. Do discuss your every request in advance and make sure it is included into the calculation of your fare.
- If you speak the same language, some taxi drivers can be annoyingly talkative.
- For nervous passengers who follow the trip on Google Maps it can be quite disturbing if your taxi driver chooses to take a weird route, a shortcut, or just to make a detour to avoid traffic jams or a bad road.

Overall it was a good experience. I had made a change to the final destination but due to a misunderstanding from both of us it took a couple of messages to correct. All resolved in the end.

What I was not so happy about was having a driver with two mobiles in his hands and somehow being able to drive through busy Bangkok city at 90 km/hour and reading and deleting text messages at the same time. It was actually quite scary, also because the driver spoke zero English.

I couldn’t find the driver for 20 minutes and there was no easy way to contact the company. My previous ride the driver had confirmed in advance on WhatsApp and kept in touch. The ride itself was fine.

Mr Kawajit drove quite recklessly, speeding over the speed limit a lot. He seemed to feel pressure to go as fast as possible. If this pressure came from the company, this is not good. He tailgated most of the time, which we did not appreciate. He was polite enough but could use some driving lessons.

The driver was really nice. We were a bit late, or he arrived before we got down from our room. But he wasn’t mad about it and still had a smile on his face☺️ he drove good, and loaded and unloaded our suitcases. The car was big, and we were only 2.

You guys need to make strict regulations regarding using phone while driving. That’s a big problem that needs to be addressed.

The driver was waiting for us at the airport. He knew who we were as the representatives for the company sent a photo of us to the driver. Vehicle was clean and tidy. The driver drove safely to get us to our ferry crossing in good time. We have used 12GoAsia every time we have travelled and there has never been a problem. Great service all round.

We were picked up within 5 minutes of landing in Phuket and driven to our hotel with no drama. My husband left his phone and cards in the backseat and forgot to pick it up when we got out. We panicked and thought we had lost all our photos etc.
we emailed and found a What’s App contact, within a couple of hours they were back in contact to let us know our phone had been found and they coordinated to get it back to us and we got it back within a couple of days!! 100% satisfaction from us and we would recommend to anyone travelling in Asia. Again so grateful for the great service 🤩
