Just rating great cause boat was on time 10:30-12:30
No aircon of course all companies are lying.
But the air from windows was OK. I had a good nap during the trip.
Rude staff yell at me on the top deck cause I had my bag while wanting to smoke a ciggy.

The trip was way better than I thought! I have a super safe trip with Wanderlust! One of the best fast boat operator so far. The staff at Nusa Penida and boat was very welcome, kind and very helpful. This boat has no air con like Starfish but plenty of air flowing through the boat and you could go up to the top deck if you wished. For people who have sea sickness, don't worry, they will give you dymenhidrinate/dramamine, mint candy & water for free. Best!

The boat wasn’t the same that shown at the photo, when you buy ticket online.
Also they write, that you have to come to port before one hour to check in. But when we came, they said just came later, when 15 minutes left.
When we ask where to wait, they didn’t say clearly where, what the boat will be. Too much ambiguity. I would definitely not choose their service next time.

The Maruti port was organised and staff very helpful. We even got briefed information around the journey on departure and arrived in Lombok half an hour earlier than the pre booked time. Staff were attentive and gave out anti sickness pills and free water. No air con but plenty of air flowing through the boat and you could go up to the top deck if you wished.

In the beginning it all seemed fine. We departed on time but in the end the trip took almost 2 hours longer than it should have. We were in nusa penida for 1,5h instead of just half an hour, and the staff didn’t really update us. During the whole trip the AC was off so it was really warm in the cabin.

Safe trip with Wanderlust!
After trying other SpeedBoats this was one of my favourite operators. Very organized with the lagguage, we got instructions on board and even a anti sea sickness pill (who wanted). We were 1 hour late, but it was the sea conditions and full ports. The operator couldn’t do much about it. Generally I recommend to plan +1 or better 1,5 hours more for your trip with every company in this area.

I took the ferry from Sanur to Gili T and everything was good. The boat and crew were great, the sea was calm and we arrived as expected. I chose this company due to the good reviews and the bad reviews for others and I totally recommend it. The ticket with 12go is cheaper

The trip was good! We felt secure and they offered water, pills for seasickness and mentos! The staff was very friendly. We arrived on time, as they planned some time to go to the harbour and wait for the boat, so we thought there would be a delay but no there wasn’t. We would drive with them again!

The checking in process was smooth and easy, the trip was ok, the crew was nice. However, I was going to Gili Air and out of the blue we were told that it was not possible, due to a heavy current, to dock there, so we went all the way to Lombok and then back to Gili Air in a smaller local speedboat, which somehow was more fit for the strong current than the big one.

It was organised chaos, to be quite honest. Nothing to do with the cruise guys though! The port at Gili T is manic at any time and they did so well, looked after everyone!

Gili T Port is so chaotic and then you have to fight your way trough the crowd to pay harbour tax. Boat operator should include harbour tax in the ticket (it is only 10k) and provide harbour tickets at check in. Would really speed up things.
Reached Nusa Penida during low tide. People had to change to smaller boats which took very long time. Some people hat to wade knee deep water...be prepared.

Almost on time, arrived even to early in Gili T, but had to wait for 1/2 hour next to port to dock. Free water bottles and pills against seasickness

We started the trip almost 1hour late. The boat was confortable and workers were really nice and helpful. They offered water and pills for the sickness. Which was a great idea because in one part of the trip we had really bad wages. The boat was supposed to have AC, but the truth is that no, or it was not working. Due to the bad wages, we had to close all the windows and it was quite uncomfortable due to the hot inside the boat.

Wanderlust was a very good company to travel from Bali to Gili Islands. We red so many bad experiences from other companies before, so we were very sceptical. In comparation to other experiences we were on time (only 30min plus) and had no other issus. Everybody was kind and we paid way less than for other companies.

The boat stopped ten minutes in the middle of the sea due to a technical issue, but then they fixed it. I thought the trip was worse.

Eravamo su uno dei motoscafi che il 13 marzo è stato preso in pieno da una tempesta, le guide e l'equipaggio si sono attivati immediatamente per farci arrivare al primo porto sicuro.
Hanno fatto i salti mortali per farci arrivare alle nostre destinazioni. Si sono preoccupati di farci avere acqua e qualche snack durante l'attesa di un autobus che ci portava ad un altro porto, dove hanno organizzato un trasporto con un traghetto.
Sono stati meravigliosi, non ci hanno abbandonato un secondo, si sono preoccupati di farci avere tutto quello che ci serviva e di aiutarci a riorganizzare il viaggio che purtroppo ha avuto quasi 10 ore di ritardo per causa delle condizioni meteo.
Abbiamo poi utilizzato altri loro motoscafi durante la vacanza ed hanno confermato le nostre aspettative! Bravissimi!
Ps. Mettete sempre in conto un po' di ritardo nei trasporti perché a volte i porti sono molto piccoli e trafficati, ma non dipende dalla compagnia di trasporto.

에어컨도 시원하고 승객이 새로 탈 때마다 위급상황시 주의사항도 상세히 알려주심
앞 좌석간의 간격이 꽤 있어서 조금이나마 뒤로 몸을 뉘일수도 있었다. 앞사람이 눕혀도 불편하지 않았음.
속이 불편할 수 있늗 사람들을 위해 비닐봉지도 원하면 제공해주셨음.
출발 시간도 잘지키고 도착시간은 심지어 조금 더 빨랐다😊 직원들도 매우 친절했고 내 캐리어를 손수 옮겨주셨다. 강력추천!
