When I take ticket for a boat which goes 2 hours, it means the way MUST take 2 ours.. Our way took 3.5 ours.. A/C must be on the boat and it means it must work but no one worked. And procces of luggage loading is absolutely not thought out and takes a lot of time. And you may also find broken seats if the boat is full, some will be unlucky. In general, if you want to ruin your entire experience of visiting Gili, use the services of this company with their rusty vessels.. Terrible trip

It was just perfect! We had the 13.30 boat, arrived a bit late at 13.00 but that was no problem. Boarding started at exactly at 13.30. When we arrived we were greeted by a staff member, our suit cases were taken out by the staff from the cab. Got our tickets and grabbed a beer. The boat was comfy, great seats and good airco. Staff was helpful on the boat. Smooth sealing! Will use them again for sure. You pay a bit more, worth the money.

Good company, nothing much to complain.
We took the early ride at 8:30 in the morning and left pretty much on time (+10min). The staff was friendly and professional and - despite what other comments said - we arrived at Bangsal Lombok as the last stop after 2.5 hours.
The ferry gets very crammed after Gili T with loud party tourists (as you'd expect from that island) but the first half of the ride was excellent, comfy and calm.
What could be improved is the expected check-in time of 1hour prior.. it's a bit much, especially in the morning (there's a kinda pricey restaurant just next to the company's office).

Barco excelentemente cómodo, con AC, rápido y con personal abordo amable y profesional. El barco no salió a la hora prevista. El shuttle bus lamentable, en vez de dejar a los pasajeros en los puntos de destino, ofrecía un servicio extra de 50.000 IDR por llevar a cada pasajero a su hotel, por lo que retrasó nuestro viaje

Parti de Gili Air avec 45 minutes de retard et arrivés a Padang Bai avec 1h d’avance. On vous laisse imaginer a quelle allure allait le bateau 😅 cela pouvait etre assez impressionnant sur la première partie mouvementée du trajet (pourtant sur mer calme)…
nous enlevons une etoile pour le manque d’information sur le retard, la prise en charge au port, et le déroulement du trajet.
Nous avons tout de même la climatisation a bord ainsi que la qualité du bateau (très récent).

A little passed the time scheduled for the pick up but very noce in general. The location were you have to wait have a restaurant and is a nice area. Food is okay.

Was impressed by Wahana V. service! Comfortable waiting area with cafe, bikes and cars parking (bike 10k/day), polite staff, amazing speedboat - took 1.5h to Gili T, AC working perfectly, calm quite music. Best service we got in Bali so far

Anders als bei vielen Bewertungen hier lief bei uns alles nach Plan und gut. Lediglich der Sun-Deck Platz war nicht möglich. Aber in der Kabine war es durch die Klimaanlagen auch angenehm. Danke!

The boat left half hour later than scheduled, but it arrived on time on Gili T. The waiting and boarding was well organized, we arrived at the port one hour earlier and had time to have our lunch there. There was no line to get your ticket, so we could've arrived later with no problem.
The boat was spacious, the seats big and comfortable, and the sea not too agitated.

The promised air conditioner wasn't working, so only the windows were open.
Our Shuttle from harbour to Sanur was terrible. With 5 people we had a small car, two seater was filled with 3 people... overall it was not OK!!

We had a good experience. We checked in and our luggage was labeled for Gili Air. Beware of the fact that you have to pay 10k pp port taxes. Then we could wait at the restaurant and had a lunch. Nothing special, busy, but fine.
Around the departure time (13.30) we started walking to the pier. The boat had comfortable seats, the AC didn’t work, so it was quite warm. But free water was available. Some windows could be opened, some not because of the spray. We departed 25 minutes late (13.55), but still arrived around 16.00 at Gili Air. The staff was friendly and the trip was quite fast. If we’ll go again we’ll go with Wahana Virenda.

We left the scooter for 2 days in their parking for a small fee. They are truly professional, and on our way to Gili Trawangan, we arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. The ride was comfortable with the air conditioning on throughout the journey. All in all, we received excellent service from Whana Virendra.

We have had a great experience using this service.. AC, seats and overall experience using Wahana was great. Although their prices are slightly higher then other operators but I highly recommend using them. Please remember that you will be charged 10k IDR per person to enter the harbour paid directly at counter when you receive your boarding pass and scanable ticket.

Had heard mixed reviews of the crossing from Padang Bai but Wahana Virendra and all the crew handled everything excellently. On arriving at the Wahana Virendra desks at the port there is plenty of seating and a restaurant. They chaperone you all through the port and onto the boat when your departure time comes and the boat itself is comfortable, spacious, has toilet facilities and plenty of air conditioning. Would definitely recommend.

Left Padangbai 10 mins late but arrived in Gili Air on time. Luggage treated well, enough seats on the boat and good air con. Would say you probably don’t need to arrive an hour early, I’d do 40 mins next time I think as there was a lot of waiting around

The travel was good. The boat is large and confortable. Pretty on time, we left only 10 minutes late but I don’t consider this to be late.
Before the trip I read online scary experiences about multiple fast boat companies but I think it depends also a lot on the weather conditions.

This company is great, the boat is great, it's very comfortable and the staff are very professional. There's A/C on the boat and it's way better than the other boat companies! Two things to be aware of, though. Fist of all, they boarded 30 minutes early, and left 15 minutes early, which great if you're there, but it's not so good if you run into any problems. But they tell you to be there 1 hour early, so I guess that's why. So DON'T listen to the travel companies or taxi guys who say, "Oh don't worry, all the boats leave late." These guys don't!
Next, I asked the guy just as I boarded how long the trip will take to Bangsal. He said, "Just 1.5 hours." It gets to the first stop which is Gili T in 1.5 hours, but there are 2 stops before Bangsal, and he knows that. ALL the boats arrive much later than they say on the listings, so I don't know why they don't just say the real time. Especially considering I asked him once I was already there and he could have just told me the truth. The trip took almost 3 hours. Not such big deal for me, but better to know the real time. Maybe it was because of the weather conditions, I have no idea, but it was a nice day as far as I could see. And reading the reviews of ALL the companies, I think this is just normal for the ferries.
But definitely recommend this company over the others!

They tell you to get there an hour early but you don’t need to because you just stand around and wait. Instead of departing at 8:30am, we walked to the ferry at that time and left at 9:00am. We arrived before 10:30am which is slightly early. I did not get seasick at all, even though i was really hungover :) Would totally recommend!

Everything was smoothy. The ship was super comfortable and there was AC. Check-in super easy and people friendly and helpful. We arrived almost 20min late to Gili Air, but still was great.

After reading all the negative reviews of peoples trips to the Gilis I was nervous about this journey. However our experience with Wahana was fantastic - they let families with small kids & babies board first, were well organised, departed on time, and the aircon worked well.

Nice smooth ride. Trip was on time and the staff helpful. We only were not informed about the harbour tax. Therefore we had to exit the row last minute to pay the tax. Maybe we missed the information ourselves.

Everything was fine. They bring our bags from the office to the harbour and then to the boat. It was really comfortable in the boat. You can sleep if you want. But it was really cold inside and the diesel odor was incredible

Despite a booking for the boat at 11.00AM, the operator initially told us we were booked on the 4.00PM boat. We finally managed to embark on the 11.00AM boat but this inconvenience was unpleasant.

If you've travelled on shocking boat transfers through Indonesia, stop here and look no further. We walked into the cabin expecting 35 degree humidity and squishy seats, and generally the basic things we'd had previously and was shocked. Tan, cushy, leather seats, 4 (working) new air conditioning unit and leg room with a foot rest! The boat just ripped through the water, cutting our journey to a speedy 1 hour when we expected 3. Legends. Thank you. I wish we found these people earlier.
