大巴旅行的缺点

  • 城际大巴车站可能设在远离市中心的郊区，因而需要考虑到车站所需的时间和费用。有时候从车站到达目的地的费用可能比你预想的要高很多，因为仅有少数巴士公司运营这些线路而价格偏高。
  • 在繁忙的周末或者旅游旺季，车票可能会很快售罄因而需要提前预订。

The location of the bus stop provided by 12Go was not clear and the coordinate location was incorrect. Please specify the bus stop number and directions to reach it more explicitly when the ticket is booked. Better signage in the station and a notice at the above ground bus station (as well as clarifying the bus stops at the below ground bus station) would be helpful.

The service was really poor, one of the bus driver was very mean and didn’t even try to communicate with us, not in English neither in Japanese somehow. There wasn’t the possibility to open the curtain for example, we didn’t know about that and he suddenly threatened us to make us get off the bus if we opened the curtains again. No courtesy or kindness at all.

We arrived in Kyoto more than 1 hour late, and we couldn't find the departure spot because of a lack of informations and it was away from the normal bus station so we had to ask the station staff

The trip ir really safe and on time, but the bus is too small (I have 1,70m and my knees were touching the seat in front of me) for a night trip. It was also too cold inside the bus. But for the price, comparing to a train, was worth it. The location is not that easy to find also, I was lost inside Shibuya Station for 20 min before finding the right place.
