Good Organisation, friendly staff and a safe drive. But the bus driver kept singing the WHOLE journey from Bangkok to Surat Thani. The guy on the mini van who took us further to Khao Sok wanted 300 Baht to just drop us off 500m before the official drop off point. Of course we did not do that and walked the way back. Furthermore, just give people from India a bus for their own, I’m sick of these people. Farting and burping all the time, no matter if someone is around. The whole journey as well right behind me. Disgusting!

until first transit is ok, but second part with mini van is very local.

The bus and the seats looked different on the pictures. On the pictures it looked much more comfortable and cozy

The bus was not the one display on the photo. It was an old bus without any facilities. The driver drive like mad, and the lady who organize the bus was incredibly rude.

First off,

Its my first time doing such a long bus drive and i confess i was pretty weary.. i was sure that i at least booked the bus with the toilet but after getting on i found out there wasn't one and that kinda freaked me out buttt.. have to say with a short stop every about 3 hours it was really not bad! I wish more information was given when booking i would have been more prepared. The two things i do have to say is that on arrival to the resort where the bus leave there ewas such chaos with a person standing over this scooter with lots of papaers and a small torch trying to find each person's name (mind you there were loke 3 buses leaving) so was kinda odd, you get a QR when buying a ticket and then you get there and its so messy.. the other thing that is more important - there is only one driver! I found that kinda shocking! More than 10 hours straight driving thru the night is aloot! I was sitting in the first row so could see al the yawning and eye rubbing and it made me kinda worried so couldn't really bring myself to sleep.. Oh and the bus did break down Suddenly but luckily we were in Bangkok already so everyone could just get a taxi from there! All in all it was generally a really decent ride i have to say! If there had been another driver i think i would would have been extremely satisfied with the whole trip! Bless our driver for bringing us all safely to our destination (at least close haha)

If you take this trip don't expect to arrive on time, more like 6 hours later and don't expect a true information in your ticket

Bus hatte 30 Minuten vor Ziel eine Panne (glücklicherweise schon in Bangkok gewesen) 30 Minuten zu Fuß und mit Gepäck in der Nacht durch Bangkok😅
