The Tiger 2022

We took the night bus from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Instead of 6pm our bus came more than 1 hour later. We were waiting since 5.30pm and waited right in front of the ticket office. Nobody told us anything first. After more than half an hour too late, we asked what is going on. They just said, we have to wait a bit. After 1 hour we asked again and then one guy called for us for information. After more than an hour we finally were picked up. But there was too much luggage that one person had to stand instead of sitting in the van. We were lucky that we switched into a big night bus after a short time. The night bus itself was okay. The A/C worked, we got 1 burger and water. There was a tiny toilet in the bus and we were punctual in Chiang Mai although our bus was too late first. But the driver drove very fast at the end. All in all it was okay, but there should be more information, especially when you wait with your luggage and nobody informs you about when the bus actually arrives. It was a bit weird and a bit a waste of time. If we had known that we have to wait that long, we would have taken a massage or something.

Not excellent at all the s'est where unconfortable

We booked a day in advance, and got the ticket instantly. Plan some time to arrive at the reservoir because of traffic in Chang Mai. After we arrived we showed the ticket at the check-in and went I to the bus. There were also some toilets you can use before. Once you are in the bus you are told not to get in and out because once everyone is checked in they depart. We departed 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. The ride was smooth and the seats very comfortable. USB chargers for every seat and an aircon. We arrived on time in Bangkok. The place is known and some taxis and tuk tuks already waiting for you.

The ride was alright but a friend left is backpack after the drop off in Chiang Mai and no one has answered my emails or calls. There is no way to contact my driver or the company

Nous n'avons pas eu de gros problèmes en soit avec la compagnie. Le bus était confortable. Le problème était dans les horaires. Nous étions censés arriver vers 10.40am. Nous sommes arrivés à plus de 14pm sans aucune explication après de multiples changements de navette, ce qui est hautement malhonnête, car l'itinéraire était censé être l'un des plus rapides. Ayant de gros problèmes de dos, il a été particulièrement inconfortable de demeurer des heures de plus dans un bus sans savoir quand j'arriverais à destination. De plus, ils essayaient toujours de nous vendre d'autres tickets pour le retour ou des activités de manière presque insistante et agressive. C'était désagréable.
