Very punctual. Good service and got us from Singapore to kuala Lumpur in about 5 hours 15. Really nice comfortable large chairs.

We recently completed a trip to Ipoh, Malaysia from Singapore and were really impressed. We booked through 12Go Asia and then saw the really poor reviews on Google and were a little worried, however everything went really smoothly. The staff in the Golden Tower booking office spoke good English and printed out our tickets for us. The bus itself was really comfortable with large reclining seats. The AC worked well and in fact was a little chilly so definitely bring a jumper. The boarder crossing was easy and quick and the driver explained at both the Singapore and Malaysian checkpoint what you needed to do and where to go. We had to change in Kuala Lumpur but the driver made a clear announcement and the second bus was already there waiting for us. Arrived in Ipoh on time! Would definitely book with them again.

After reading a lot of bad reviews about these buses to KL, we were sceptical but the journey was perfectly fine. Check-in was smooth and there were no troubles throughout the whole journey. Yes it states 5 hours journey time but it took 8 which didn’t bother us too much. Immigration checks were a breeze. Recommend using this company for Singapore to Kuala Lumpur!

Driver was rude when asked how long the stopover is At some point he started smoging cigerette even though the no-smoking sign was literally above him. He was really loud on his phonecall throughout whole trip

Bus was dirty af and the people who had to print my tickets were more than rude. The bus stopped two times and we never knew why and we were all scared. It was also really really cold

probably friday afternoon was not the best time to travels as there was a lot of traffic the rear seats upstairs are a bit different and for me not ro comfortable otherwise the coach and driver were fine

I had to change buses at immigration in Malaysia, which ended up being easy, but I wasn't aware of the need to switch until right before the bus left Singapore. I had tried to check in twice at StarMart and was told to "just get on the bus". Finally when I went in to ask a third time the agent explained that I should board a bus to Kuala Lumpur and then switch. Easy in the end, but I almost didn't get on the bus since my ticket wasn't to Kuala Lumpur:)
