大巴旅行的缺点

- 在繁忙的周末或者旅游旺季，车票可能会很快售罄因而需要提前预订。

Overall, my experience was pleasant. We left from Sungai Nibong on time, however we arrived late to KTM Old Railway Station. We were suppose to arrive at 8:30pm and I think it was more like 9:45pm. It is important to know there are no toilets on the bus. There were two stop breaks along our journey. The first one was quite long (I feel it could have been shorter) it was around 30-45 min long. Everyone was back on the bus before the driver. And the second break was only 10 minutes. There were many fruit stalls at the first stop and the second stop had more cooked food, although I didn't see any vegetarian/vegan items. I recommend packing some of your own snacks before departing just so you have nourishment for your travel. It was a smooth journey and the bus was fairly empty. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe the entire time. I happened to sit near the front just out of convenience but I noticed that most women sit in the front, which is probably on the safer side. Also, it's important to know that there is FREE wifi at the KTM Old Railway Station in KL. I've been traveling without a sim so I am dependent on wifi. I was happy to know I could connect easily and call a grab from the station to my air bnb. Safe travels!

Incorrect pick up point details provided. Luckily we had a guide with us that drove us around and found the office which was on the other side of the freeway, which was NOT provided on the instructions. A call to the 12go hotline to confirm the pick up point did not give any help as the operator told us to “go to the exact location provided” which again we would surely missed our bus.
Where we got our coach, there was no sign or notice, we just spotted it parked in a car park near the office we had found.
Uncontrollable circumstances but I had sat in-front of a kid who thought that he was playing a game to see how long he could kick the back of my seat for and another passenger thought that he’d share the sound fx of his game with the whole bus for the whole ride.
A part from the negatives above, the bus was air-conditioned and clean. The bus ride was actually smooth and dropped us at Penang Central right next to the Rapid ferry to Penang (although no announcement or staff to notify us this was actually our stop was provided) but that is why ive given 2 instead of 1 star.

At first, the system showed one gate to go, then it was changed to another gate and without any notice, the bus came to totally different gate. In top of all, the bus was a little late. At least, luckily I got to the bus, so...everything ended well :D

The bus was the most fanciest bus I have ever been on! Loads of legroom, cup and phone holders, USB charger, foot rests, seat storage, a mixture of leather and fabric seat that recline. It was like the first class travel of coaches and the four hours flew by. I would've given it five stars by the waiting lounge at Nice bus station looks like it's falling apart and the bus was 15 mins late.

We enjoyed our bus journey and had a very considerate, helpful bus driver. Good local food and toilets available at 30 minute stop. Air con was set too low and we were cold... you need extra layers of clothing for this bus ride!

The bus was already delayed by 30 minutes in Kuala Lumpur. The waiting area es very poor. On the way we have stopped once and the driver said: 20 minutes. After 40 minutes he has finally appeared with 2 big bags. Finally we have arrived 2 hours later than planned to Penang.

it was really hard to find the pickup point, because the plusliner office was so small and looked from outside like there hasnt been anyone inside since 5 years. we headed to the other side and they showed us where it was but the pedestrians couldnt help us. NOTICE it is just a small shop and a pickup point - not a bus station!
the bus was 2hrs late and we didn’t get an email.
the bus was really disgusting but the ticket was cheap and the ride okay. all in all its okay but if you dont know the place its really hard to find.

Bus was slightly late but that was fine as we were too! Very spacious coach with curtains which is good if you want to nap. I wouldn’t recommend the back row of seats as you are much higher up than the rest and feel EVERY single bump in the road, we were flying out of our seats at one point! Other than that, good and very reasonably priced journey.

Starting from the bus station in KTM old railway, very old and dirty and miserable place, then the bus not really confortable for a 5 hrs trip than the driver took about 45 mns stop that makes the way to penang too long, it could be better than this.

Bus was on time with an uneventful trip and a good driver, the bus was clean and there were seatbelts.
However, the toilets at KTM Old Railway Station, (where you take the bus from), were unbelievable and I mean filth up the walls in a shared open toilet. Cleaning may not be the responsibility of Plusliner but where most people would visit the toilet before a long bus ride this was a disgrace for KL and a modern city transit terminal.

Once we understood that we needed to swap our booking form for boarding pass we made it to the departure gate fine. The trip was uneventful although the seat numbers meant nothing as we were told you sit anywhere. Despite the window notice advising to “buckle up” there are no seat belts.

The bus was so hot. The fivenof us were sweating. Once the bus came to the first stop and people disembarked i moved to the lower deck were the aircon was working. Otherwise a simple journey.

We were delayed 2 hours on the highway due to a very bad accident. The bus driver was very good. Allowed us to exit the bus, turned on the inside lights.
When we were beyond the crash site, the driver was careful driving the rest of the way to KL.
I hope he will be paid for the extra hours of driving he had to do.

I had changed the time from 16:30 to 15:30. The officer asked for RM2, I agreed. But on the ticket, It was only RM2. The seat I got, no seat belt, arm raised was broken. I changed to a new seat, It was no seat belt too. ????????????????????????

Started 20 mins late, arrived 1.5 hours late - I get that traffic happens, and it’s not in their power, but the “rest stop” after 3.5 hours, 20 minutes from the destination seemed more like a box-ticking exercise than an actual rest stop.
Seats were fine and the bus was clean, but the a/c only just worked - had the bus not been almost empty, it would have been a really sweaty journey.
