大巴旅行的缺点
- 城际大巴车站可能设在远离市中心的郊区，因而需要考虑到车站所需的时间和费用。有时候从车站到达目的地的费用可能比你预想的要高很多，因为仅有少数巴士公司运营这些线路而价格偏高。
- 在繁忙的周末或者旅游旺季，车票可能会很快售罄因而需要提前预订。

Trip was ok. I’m 188cm and I could lay flat with little issue. Arrived earlier than scheduled. There was Wi-Fi on the bus but the usb outlet didn’t work.

Три ряда спальных мест в два яруса. Места и проходы очень узкие.
Usb зарядка работала, шторы удобно фиксировались, чтобы не попадал свет. Кондиционер работал.

Staff was not as friendly as on other busses and there were some people sleeping on the floor next to us taking quite a lot of space. My advice: Do not book the lower seats in the back ;) After some longer communication over Google translate, the people on the floor were moved to free beds, but it was kind of stressful for us. Other than that the ride was okay and the bus was clean.

The bus was late and there was little communication as to where to board. The beds are very small and the swaying of the bus tends to toss you around. As honking is common here, know that you will either have to sleep through the sound or be kept awake by it. It’s definitely the most budget friendly option and does have USB outlets, but you get what you pay for.

Didn’t get allocated seats, instead we were out at the back and somebody was sleeping in the aisle between us. Couldn’t sit up at all on the bottom but otherwise okay. It’s a budget form or transport and that’s certainly what you get so can’t really complain.

We drove Chau Doc - Nha Trang. The bus was confortable and the ride itself good. The problem was that they moved the departure time by 2h earlier just 8h before the departure. Also the pickup point on 12go was obviously wrong and 2 phone calls did not reveal the true location, so we just drove around until we found the bus. Then we arrived at 4AM instead of 7AM at Nha Trang with nothing open and not enough sleep.

It was okay. The bus was late by an hour though. Just because he took lot of locals on the route and went out of the route to drop them.
Also, try to book sleeper buses with only 2 columns. Mostly in Vietnam they run sleeper with 3 columns, which gets too congested. I booked from Binh Minh operator in HCM. They had the best sleeper bus. Try to contact them. I booked them from Klook.

Voll OK. Wir wussten ja Dank der Kommentare, dass die Fahrer nicht die nettesten sind. Sitzplätze wurden zugewiesen. Das hat nicht funktioniert. geschlafen haben wir aber tatsächlich besser als im Zug!

Bus was comfortable, had 2x toilet stops, didn’t get much sleep due to the constant honking of the horn, driver smoking most of the time with the window down.

For now it was the best ride in Vietnam using sleeping bus. I mean that bus was comfy, staff was helpful and time of departure and arrival was on time.

The trip from Da Nang to Nha Trang was ok. The driver was honking all the time, which made sleeping very difficult. In addition, at one point a local was lying on the floor next to me and snoring incredibly loudly.
All in all, the trip was ok.

The bus didnt turn up, there was no where to check in. We were in the bus station from 6:30 not one representative. 5 of us had to pay extra 450,000 to get another but down to Nha Thrang. I would recommend just turning up in future and booking from bus station directly.
12ago has been fantastic so far in our unplanned journey from north to south this was the only part that let us down unfortunately. We couldn’t get intouch with 12 ago

Bus was very clean. Staff very helpful.

Poor service, comfy seats but the staff and the people on the bus were disrespectful and disgusting. No toilet breaks unless requested and it wasn’t even a toilet just the side of the road.
Driver was smoking and people need to learn what headphones are.

Workers on the bus were rude and aggressive towards us from the start, literally dragged us onto the bus. Tried getting us to pay when we already had online, picked up on the side of a dangerous main road, dropped off the same way 40km from where we were meant to go in the middle of no where. Actual journey was fine and the bus itself was comfortable.

Would be nice with some rules. I feel like everytime I take sleeping busses, people are talking in telephobe loudly or watching videos with no headphones. It is very disturbing and it would be nice if there were som rules that could prevent it

We had booked a regular sleeper but it ended up being a VIP bus so we had our own individual cabins. It was much better than expected and one of the staff on the bus was very nice and helpful. We didn’t sleep due to the rough ride but other than that there were no problems.
