The night before our departure on the LCR train, 12GO messaged us that the train was full and we needed to look for another alternative transport from Luang Prabang to Vientiane, which was a huge inconvenience. It was the last train leaving for the day, so we had to scramble to figure out how to get to Vientiane because we had a flight to catch. We should have received a message a few days before, not the night before. This review is regarding our service with 12go, not the LCR train.
