Seamless transportation from Point A to be. I booked the Bus+Ferry Option and they picked me up at my Homestay on the minute and brought me via ferry and Van efficiently to my destination for a good price. Total recommendation.

Time of arrival on the booking is 13:30. (30 min travel)
Weird the boat leaves at 13:30.
So time of arrival is 14:00.
Staff explained to me that this is normal and I misunderstood.
Small seats (for tourist from Europe), old boat.
For the rest it was ok! Quick boat.

I like that everything is easy, from the pickup to the end. The driver makes sure of that the ticket to the boat is there and etc. Only reason I don't give 5 star is because of the meeting time. There can be problem with the traffic but a message would be fine "we are bit late, but on the way"

Very little space between the seats, felt more or less safe. Not my favorite ride and definitely less comfortable than e.g. in Thailand, but we arrived safe and only some minutes delayed and the staff was friendly.

Die Sitze sind wirklich super eng, mit 1,80 m hatten wir keine Bewegungsfreiheit. Für dreißig Minuten machbar, geht aber auch besser.

Be aware that in nusa Lembongan you enter the boat from the beach. If the tides are high and there is some swell it can be a bit challenging but this is for any ferry from there. Staff helping to get luggage on of ( and passengers) were great!

I entered Gili Air but other destinations were shown as well so I accidentally booked the trip to the wrong Gili island. Thankfully the lady at the check in changed the destination.
The boat took 3,5 hours and we even had to change to a small boat before getting to the port.

We board at 13h30 to finally get off the harbour at 13h45 and to arrive at 14h40. So the time is not accurate at all.
Beside that, the boat is comfy.

Smooth, fast and getting on and off without going trough the water. The seats are small, so if you’re tall it is not so comfortabel, but for the 30 minute ride it is ok. The only thing is missing is airconditioning. They say the boat is aircon, but its not.

We bought the ticket showing arrival at Padang Bai at 14:15, but we didn’t get there until 16:00. The ferry first went to Gillie Air and Lombok which were not made aware of at purchase.

Having done several trips with D"camel's larger fastboat, this was our first trip on their smaller boat. It was a large step down in comfort. The boat was very warm (no AC), and very cramped. They should really try to keep their smaller boats on par with the excellent comfort of their larger wessel.

They arrived one hour late. The whole process is messy. You need to check one hour in advance. They make you wait at a bar nearby and they are supposed to tell you they are ready to board. But they do not. You have to check yourself, otherwise you stay out.
You need to leave the luggage in the middle of the street, and you do not see it back until the end of the trip, hoping that it is there to pick up.

I traveled on D ‘camel twice last week and both times the boat ran a whole hour late. Seas were calm so that was not a reason. Absolutely chaos with getting off at Gili Air as they let the passengers come on to the boat before those of us disembarking got off.

I like traveling upstairs outside, you can see the ocean and enjoy the music and dancing of the crew.
I think it is important to let the people know in advance if you will be travelling in a boat with that option. Thank you.
