the bus left and arrived on time. the coach was clean and very comfortable. we faced no issues during the journey so i would definitely recommend

Bus had a weird smell. The bus was on time. Bus driver was ok.

The bus itself was okay, it had reclining seats and aircon but the seats were very short for western travellers. But I had a bad experience because the driver made multiple uninformed stops, to onload and offload various boxes. Clearly he was earning some cash on the side for this but it did make me uncomfortable. Then at the bus stop, no announcement was made. We were pulled over by the side of the road and I had no access to the map so I didn’t know this was the stop. The driver also didn’t get out or open the luggage compartment so this lead me to believe it was just another random stop. After the bus set off again, I asked the driver when the stop was as we were no longer seeing signs for Butterworth. He then proceeded to drop me off (a woman travelling alone) in the middle of a dual carriageway. I had to walk on the dangerous road with my luggage because of his failure as a driver. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
