Паромы 2go просто потрясающие, размер, выглядит презентабельно, на таком очень приятно плыть. Есть кофейня, караоке, столовая, магазин, парикмахерская. Очень нравятся паромы этой компании.
Паром в Манилу задержали на 9 часов, это, конечно, никуда не годится

i booked for a tourist place an i had a mega value place. aircon so cold, noisy people talking next to you when you sleep, noisy karaoke until midnight. you see some cockroaches runing on the floor. little place for sleep for a big man like me. no free blanket you have tu rent one.But the ferry arrived before time announced.

the baggage handling fees were exhorbitant 1200 peso. the food was terrible, not much flavour and always cold. i find it hard to believe that a cook (cannot use the word chef) can be that bad.

Good but they don't gave free upgrade since the aircon bunk were not occupied there's a lot ot vacant we ask for free upgrade but they wanted us to pay for free upgrade.

The ferry was 6 hours late but we got no so we arrived in the middle of the night. We were supposed to get breakfast, lunch and dinner but since the ferry didn’t depart until 12pm (instead of 6am) we didn’t get any breakfast. We are vegetarian so our lunch and dinner consisted of a small cup of rice and eight(!) green beans. There was not even

Have to pay for updates / emails is ridiculous, you should pay extra for luxuries not basic things! Turning up at 12AM for the ferry at 2 to be told it’s delayed until 8 AM, had to pay for taxis. Actually comfy beds in super tourist class, most staff were nice and they had a show on the night, bedding and food provided. One member of staff was kissing his lips and staring at a little girl which was very disturbing. Hope they do background checks.

The bathrooms were really dirty. No evacuation of the smell and the flush did not worked. Also, only 20% of the sinks were working.
Service was great though for the restaurant.

The entertainers/singers aboard had amazing voices. Bathrooms did not have toilet paper. Rooms did not resemble the pictures shown. But overall ride was ok.

The ship is good but not the policy is clear, they have a lot of hidden chargers. Like what u did to my booking the price of my booking is around 6200 but ur deduction to my debit is 6770 is to much, and also about the cargo they get 5000 pesos for my cargo it's generator by the way, then when we arrive at cebu terminal they took again 1000 for the terminal fee but they not show any receipts.

When i book the ticket you show me what i need. Medical certivicate from the city hall and brgy than the police.
I get that all. When i arive and want check in the coast gard dont let me go at the boat cos it missing the permit to enter the 2go im not at the list off the pasanger.
Luckuly i know from eoc coron the manager i call him. He send me a text that he have cordinate with Mr. ANTHONY M. RUIZ that i can enter the boat. I show this the coast guard they dont agree . The coast guard in charge say im not care at this what mr. Richard Rimando Manager EOC of LGU text you.
I inform Mr. Richard Rimando he call than the cost guard in charge to lett me enter the 2 go to coron.
I a german living since 20 year in Coron and bin driving many Time with 2 go but i never have a bad sevice licke this time .
That the worst travel with 2 go that i ever have.

the experience for human is great and comfortable but for pets its a zero for me. My dog experienced stress, i dont like the fact that there is a specific time for visiting the dogs or pets and i dont like the are where they have been placed its not safe at all.

Very delay the time given to onbord the ship around 3pm but the time ship voyage is about 7pm...but in the our way the ship bed is so comfortable and we have free lunch ang the crew so acmmodating it's great,????????????

The ETD is delayed. I know due to Covid-19 situation a lot were in panic mode. I Hope they will know how to handle people. Aside from that I am asking for assistance because I accidentally booked my ticket twice but no one assisted me. Good side is I arrived earlier than expected

From caticlan to odiongan was ok. The problem is when i came back from odiongan to caticlan. Vessel is 3 hours late port employees in odiongan are all none sense trrip schedule is 6pm after 6pm i ask the guy doing the luggage xray he told me boat will go at 6:45 but actually it was few minutes before 9pm. Food is very bad.

La clase mega value era una hacinamiento de gente. Éramos cuatro con valija y no entrábamos en las diminutas camas asignadas que no tenían si almohada. Habia más de doscientas personas en esa habitación. Con aire acondicionado a todo lo que daba y la tele encendida todo el tiempo. Imposible dormir/ descansar/ viajar en esas condiciones
