Driver was on time and eventually we made it, but: Car was broken, safety belts did not work (provider advertised safety). Strong smell of durian and other fruit in the car, half of the trunk was loaded with fruits and vegetables. We were denied check in to our hotel in HCM because of the strong smell that we and our luggage had after the drive. Drive was advertised with 2 hours. I understand that this is just a rough estimate but driver refused to go on highway where there was no traffic and which would have been way faster and the drive ultimately had a duration of 4 hours which is twice the promised time. Car was dirty with water standing in it and insects crawling around. Found ants and other bugs in my luggage afterwards.

Our drive from HCMC to Mui Ne was absolutely fabulous - 5/5 on all accounts. The Mui Ne to HCMC trip was fast and car was comfortable, however the driving style was a bit more erratic than expected, and it felt like the driver may have been too tired. Would use NGAN LINH again though - they were very reliable and easy to book.

The car was comfortable but the driver was very uncertain and we were wondering if he ever drove on an expressway. Most of the times driving around 60-70 km per hour gives not a very safe feeling. The driver was also very hesitating when passing other vehicles or crossing streets etc. Going from HCMC to Mui Ne costs us 2hrs and 40 minutes. This trip the other way around was 4 hrs and 25 minutes. I think we lost an hour due to the uncertain driving of the driver. Very unsafe feelings are remaining. Sorry to say this.
