I bought tickets for flight with checked lagguage (15kg) and during the filling in the form I put my given names (I have two in my passport) and then surname (the way they ask for). One day after I check sth in my e-ticket and found out there is only cabin lagguage, so I wrote doen to kiwi.com, an operator to check it out. They inform me, that I just have to add my free lagguage via web site and it's no problem (ok, but what if I hadn't noticed that....???), but there is another problem - they put my second name as a first part of my surname and that has to me change... In addition this kind of changes has to be paid... Just great... Then it took me 8 days to resolve that problem kiwi.com was just an operator, but 12goAsia has to change its forms, because that's the reason I spent so much time to explain, change and argue...
